              I Thought was dealing with Webroot but all I got was a charge. i've check with Best Buy but it was not through their company and I haven't been able to get in contact with this company. Crown Technologies. I will also be filing a dispute with my credit card company about this matter. My charge was posted March 7, 2024 CROWN TECHNOLOGIES clover.com TX $369.99. I only just noticed it that my webroot was not working and that's when I started to check on why and started trying to reach all those involved. It was charged to my *********** citi ending in 2889 Thank You

              If you ever encounter crown technologies, run as fast as you can. They are a scam company whose only "service" is to take control of your computer and steal your data. They pose as Webroot and prey on the vulnerable and non-computer savvy. They scammed my father out of $900 convincing him he needed to pay it to install his anti-virus software. Their scam is so involved that even the credit card companies won't dispute the transactions for fear of legal retribution from the scammers. If you do encounter this company, please be sure to write reviews here and elsewhere and file a complaint with the **** It's possible we can get them shut down if we work together.

We understand that we cannot satisfy every customer's needs. Thus our Business Policy clearly mentions about our Refund Policy for 15 days No Questions asked upto 100% Refund Policy. So, if the customer is not satisfied then they could simply email or call and get a refund.
