I would just like to state that this company does not care to protect Domestic Violence victims. Instead, they put them in situations to be around the felon. Back in July, I packed as much as I could and ran away from my lease that I had with my ex boyfriend. I was up front with ************************* 100% and did not lapse in any kind of communication. In the lease, it states that if I can prove DV (which I did with screenshots of him admitting to hurting me AND his felony arrest), that I would be left out of the lease. Instead, ****** made sure to protect the felon and made me out to be the bad guy, punishing me by letting the felon decide if I can be removed from the lease. The felon moved out and broke the lease, leaving behind everything for me to deal with. At no point was he responsible for anything in the eyes of ******. I had a $6k deposit in which she deemed the felon and I both ***********. I have proof that the entire $8k given to ****** was from my account, because it was wired from my savings account that has only my name on. She explained to me that since he refused to let me off the lease (I mean whos the property manager herenot the felon) that the refund check must be in both our names. I asked for it to be made out to myself OR the felon, that way I can cash my check. She made it out to me AND the felon, rendering this check completely useless. She knows I cant get him to sign it for risk of being killed, yet, she found it cute to abide by laws and make sure he gets rights. First, I should have been let off the lease, Im not sure why she needed him to OK it. Of course he said no, why wouldnt he continue to stalk and harass me? I would never let this woman use my site to try and earn business. Who knows whose blood she has on her hands. All so she can STEAL money from victims. She should have her license revoked and never be allowed to protect another domestic violence felon again.
