              Apex ******************* is withholding a portion of the security deposit without providing proper documentation. I received a check in the mail for $515.00. Apex ******************* deducted the amount of $1,085.00 in charges without sufficient documentation. After several attempts to obtain sufficient documentation for the deductions, to date ***************************** has yet to provide that information.After sending exhibits with timestamps, photos and all evidence that the property was left in pristine condition, ***************************** has decided to mail yet another check I the amount of $250.00, without the proper documentation for the other deductions. Apex has since decided to reach out via phone rather than contacting me via email.

              WARNING! DO NOT LEASE/RENT! SCAM COMPANY!Coldwell Banker/Apex Management are the same company.This company is a scam! Leasing agents do NOT disclose rental selection criteria, which by ***** LAW they are required to do. They are willingly letting people apply for any of their listings without disclosing the owner/landlords requirements for the property.Which means, they know the owner/landlord wants a tenant with 650+ credit score and good rental history. And they would let an applicant with a 500 credit score apply, deny them because they dont met the owner requirements (Which they do not disclose) and then dont refund the application fee.WHICH BY ***** LAW THEY HAVE TO REFUND BACK IF THE RENTAL SELECTION CRITERIA ISNT PROVIDED IN BOLD/UNDERLINED WRITING! During the walkthrough they have to provide you with the owners requirement checklist. If they do not, which this company doesnt! They are scamming you out of an application fee!All applications are submitted to ******, she is the one who processes the application and also speaks with the owner. Which defects the purpose of a leasing agent speaking on your behalf. None of that with this company!And ***************************, you lying weasel! Dont believe a word this guy says, doesnt provide rental selection criteria, or even mention it (which is against ***** LAW) under falsehood we were lead to believe it was an easy approval, that the owner didnt care about low credit scores as long as our rental history was good.
