            I purchased a custom controller with this company on 11/26. It was delivered 1/16. I am a new father and did not get the chance to use it for multiple weeks after delivery. The standard warranty is 90 days. The controller stopped working the weekend of 4/13, within the 90 day warranty period. I reached out to the company to help with a warranty claim one week after the break and the company advised they cannot assist. They can only suggest using a pay for repair service and that they do not stand behind their product even if its within their 90 day window.

            Paid almost $400 on the controller I never received it got shipped out. ***** delivered it to the wrong place took a picture of a patio that didnt even have a box in it and said they delivered it then when contracting ****** they said theres nothing that we could Do I have to report to the seller reporting to the seller? They asked me to provide them with video footage Me never receiving it I told him I didnt know how to send it. They said They couldnt help me with that to contact Xfinity so I did and My cameras dont go back that far. The only recorded week and it was just passed a week so overall they stole $400 because I never received anything in the picture like I stated earlier, not my house nor was there even a box in the picture.
