I hired BC ********************************************* to put a new roof on my recently purchased house. It started out bad from the beginning when the owner, ***************************, kept making excuses as to why they would not be able to work on my roof when he said they would. He rescheduled several times before his crew finally showed up. On various occasions, we had to move our work schedule to accommodate him, and they still didnt show up. When they finally came to work on our roof, there was a thunderstorm in the forecast. I asked if his crew was going to finish on time because I didnt want water to come inside my house. He said they would finish because he was sending his commercial crew, and they were quick. They indeed did not finish and water started leaking into my house. This led to mold in my house and a messed up hardwood floor. After much going back and forth, he sent someone to take care of the mold. He never came by personally to see the damages and would always send someone else. When he initially sent someone, he sent a company licensed in mold restoration to check out the damages and come up with a cleanup plan. When it came time to actually fix the issue, he sent two people who were not licensed in mold restoration. On top of that, when the people working were on the mold clean up, they sent me pictures from inside the attic that showed rotted wood that had been left by ********* under the new shingles which they never mentioned to me or my husband. It was an uphill battle but they finally fixed the issue they left. On top of that, cleanup was not done properly. We had to pick up scraps and left over material they left on our driveway. We also found nails all over our property and beer cans, which my husband and I do not drink beer. It has been months now, and *** still has not fixed our hardwood floor. The roofing and mold restoration were completed around July, and we still have not gotten our floor fBusiness response

We apologize for the issues. I havent had communication after trying to get the last floor company out to match the floor. Someone will reach out to get this all settled up!Customer response

The business owner reached out and said he was going to resolve my issue for $1500 but has not done so. It has been over a week, and I have not received the payment or heard from him.Regards,
