      **** financial service. Reported my account pass due from thirty to almost sixty days and reported again yesterday. My account has never been 30 days past due. My payments automatically deducted from my account due to being enrolled in there hardship program. **** apologizes, however no corrections. Due to this matter, I lost credit cards and my mortgage approval due to my credit dropping 22 points from this wrongful information. **** representative stated this happened to a few customers. This situation is unprofessional and disregard to us everyday working people who trying to make a difference in their lives. This is emotionally upsetting. Due to the inconvenience, **** should wipe my debt clean or at least half 50%.

      **** Account Number *********************** I have always paid my account on time and in full. I made a purchase in April, it is a 12 year no interest plan. I have made a payment each month. I became ill and spent nearly two months in a hospital - attached is the proof. I am now in a skilled nursing facility. I chatted to DFS and asked them to put pause my payments. They refused to do. I am 78 years, spent nearly two months in a hospital - proof is attached. I am now in a skilled nursing facility -and **** will not accommodate me? A payment of over $80 is too much right now. I also do not need to provide any "proof" of a hospitalization but I have.**** is being unreasonable. I am ill right now and cannot make the payment., **** needs to accommodate that. I also tried to change my phone to ************ and **** did not.

      I was charged $1,023.90 as DEFERRED INTEREST CHARGES ON PURChases after 12 months. **** wasn't clear that at the end of the 12-month promotional period, I would have to pay back interest that was deferred to my account. This is a scam. I made all the minimum monthly payments on time. They charged interest on the total original amount, no the remaining balance. That is ridiculous. Then called, they tried to offer a $200 deduction.

      Their deferred interest practices are very deceptive. I had purchased a **** computer via Dell Financial Services credit card in which there was a 6 month deferred interest on qualifying purchases.Upon receiving my monthly credit card statement, I noticed the deferred period was about to expire and it suggested me to pay a specific amount to avoid getting charged the accrued interest.I sent a payment, ON-TIME, before the deadline, for the specific amount listed on the statement to avoid getting charged the accrued interest. Another month passed and upon receiving a new statement, it showed I had been charged all the interest even though I sent the amount requested on time before the closing dealine.I called Dell Financial Services and I was told that in addition to the specified amount listed to avoid paying back interest, I was supposed to also pay the normal monthly bill amount.I have combed thru the statement to see where it says that I should add the additional payment on top of the deferred payment balance and there is absolutely nothing on the statement indicating that I needed to do so. They refused to help and was told there was nothing they could do. They need to stand by their monthly statements, and reverse those interest charges or I will stop making payments on that credit card.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and nothing, anywhere in the monthly statement, indicates that I must pay the $895.71 plus the additional $111.00, as **** Financing implies, to avoid deferred interest charges. It is very clearly indicated that I must pay the amount of $895.71 to avoid the charges and nothing else. I find this to be a very sneaky and deceiving way to confuse the customer into paying a specific amount so they can collect additional funds based on a technicality not listed together with the specific amount statement.

      I will accept the $200.00 credit at this time and understand that I will never do business with ****, Inc. again and may even stop payment on this card altogether and take the risk of it affecting my credit at which point I will take this matter to court.

      **** recently sent me a letter stating I filed a Fraud claim. I advised didn't. It seems now they have mixed up my information and I will file a complaint at the *** as well. I have the call recorded of some guy they told me I was its weird. My information is compromised now because of the company

      DFS was sending our invoices to the WRONG address. Rather than send invoices digitally (email), or call us to discuss the payments there were not receiving, they elected to instead file our account as a write-off. They updated Paynet, D&B and Experian Business credit reports.Once we became aware, we called into DFS and explained what we thought was the situation. They agreed to accept our payment and in return they would remove the negative postings with all the credit agencies. We made payment in full immediatelty. They did not update the credit agencies and are refusing to do so. They have taken our money, but will not accept it as payment.

      1) I did NOT provide ***************************************************** as my business address.  I suspect this was an error on the part of our **** Sales Manager.  I spoke with the residents at this old address, and they claimed they sent mail back as wrong address, so **** would have received these back.  **** never contacted my company about this.

      2) If you are NOT going to accept my payment and update credit bureaus of the payment, I demand you return the payment since it is still in write-off/charge off status.   **** also made no reasonable attempts to contact us to determine the cause of these issues.

      3) I have call records and notes that will detail when and who I spoke with at **** regarding this matter.

      We do not accept this as resolution.  You have been paid in full, and we expect you will update the credit bureaus (especially Paynet) as discussed.

      The address was provided by the customer at the time of the account creation. The address also coincides with the address listed on the customers website: ***********************************

      The payment was not accepted under any condition to update the credit reporting and was accepted because it is a valid and owed balance. Therefore the request to return the payment is denied.We have addressed this in our original response.

      Please provide any documentation or call recordings from Dell Financial Services indisputably offering to update the credit report as always current as a condition of accepting the payment for review and consideration, as we have found no such records in review of the complaint.

      I am rejecting this response because, there was no acceptable response.  A copy of our old website is not sufficient as anything, including evidence that **** did not do anything wrong, and/or BSN did something wrong.

      We fully reject any communication that does not detail Paynet and D&B (minimally) are updated with removal of the negative reporting, and update with paid in full.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I refuse to accept this. I've already settled the debt, and it's not mine. They've conducted an investigation proving it wasn't me who opened the account; rather, someone used my identity without authorization. I made no payments on the account, only one to remove it from my name as it is not mine. Despite this, they insist I'm liable because I lived at the address where the account was opened, despite no other evidence linking me to it. The email and contact information on this account were not even mines I've informed them it's fraudulent, and even after their investigation, they agreed it was fraud and should be removed. They told me place a request for deletion which they will do because it was evident someone else open the account.

      Dell Financial Services is billing for Office365 subscriptions and no-one in ******* *** has ordered before mentioned services.As a matter of fact, Adtech *** was SOLD 02/07/2023 and original account holder ************************* passed away on 2018.This invoice is dated 05/02/2023, 3 MONTHS AFTER COMPANY WAS SOLD!!!As a curtesy I am trying to inform **** that this account needs to be closed and for some reason they cannot do it.

      5/4/2023 I submitted a business credit application to purchase a computer for my home inspection business. My business name is *************************** LLC. I filled out the application online and called in for verification purposes. I didn't get an immediate no so I was optimistic about getting approved to purchase the computer. The help desk person told me I had to call back from a number ending in **** for verification purposes. I said I don't know this number it's not my phone number and it's impossible for me to call back on that number. At first they said they would mail me a verification and I could just call them back and verify so I agreed and we ended the call Then after five min the same **** rep calls me back and says that they can't mail me a verification and I would indeed have to very through that phone number. I never put that number on my application at all. I thought ad I remember that used to be my wife's old number that she doesn't have anymore, but she is not even on the application so this has nothing to do with her. I can't verify if I wanted to. I believe Del is using predatory practices to legally contract people into credit contracts. They were going to have me use my wife's phone if she had that number and connect her credit to the account by way of submission and default. They didn't ask me to verify through any information I put on the application, not my email or my phone number which they called me back on. I already think they are price gouging and now predatory lending wow. This needs to be addressed. So I really don't know weather or not they are extending me business credit or not they gave me no other option to verify my identity. They are predatory frauds! I really don't want there services at all now. Thanks.

      I was contacted Nov 2022 that ***************** representing Dell Financial Services had filed a collection effort against me in ***********unty, ****. I requested validation of debt as I do not have knowledge of this bill. I was told that the last charge on the account was November 2014. I do not personally have any knowledge of it or what was purchased the amount I was told was around $3200. This account is not on my credit report and I do not know when it ever was. I had a family member live with me over the last 10 years that I only recenlty, around July 2021, became aware of the things they had done. They lived in my home, got my mail while I was at work, used my checking account, credit card. and later in July 2021 after a physical attack they violently broke into my home. I had to go as far as a civil protection order to physically stop them but I am still learning of various fraudulent things they have done. So I beleive this account was likely something they used. I provided Levy Financial/**** with police reports, fraud affadavits, etc. In Nov/Dec 2022. And every month I continued to check with them to resolve the matter. On 4/24/2023 I received a letter that their review "disagreed" with me and collection efforts and their attempt to obtain a judgement in *********** ** would continue. I contacted them to ask if more information was needed or what if anything I could do and I was told that I could only pay it. I asked ************ for what it was that was charged, dates, signatures, etc. and I was told to contact **** Financial. I tried to Google **** and could not find a mailing address. Since I have no knowledge of this account I do not know who to contact. I did not make these charges and I do not even know what they are for. I have lived in the same address since 2009, had the same phone number, etc. And this just surfaced with a date of 2014. I need copies of all documentation they have, if they have anything to prove it isn't mine.
