    My order from November 11, 2024 has yet to be delivered with minimal to no response from the company. Order MOC263529 $274USD I spent and have yet to receive the formula.

    I purchased 3 orders of formula from MyOrganicCompany on July 30th, September 13th, and September 30th, for a grand total of $2,120.88. Issues with delivery due to being sent back to the warehouse was reported to **. After going back and forth with them we have asked for a full refund for those three order to no direct answer. Wrong way to conduct business.

    I have used this company for 4 years and have never had a problem before this order. I ordered 12 cans of formula, being charged approx $500 USD on 11/12/2024. I wrote several emails, asking for a refund as my infant will age out before I would be able to use the 12 cans I ordered. I have written 4 emails, only one was responded to once. I was told that I was not going to be issued a refund and that someone would check on my order. The tracking number provided indicates it only has a label and has gone nowhere. Today is 12/29/2024 this is theft.

    Please do not send more than one email, as it increases your wait time. Our system automatically sends your inquiry to the end of the line because every time you send a new response, it changes your ticket time, and we work first come, first serve. It may take us 48 to 72 hours to respond to each customer.

     

    We no longer carry Loulouka baby formulas. Any orders placed that haven't shipped will be refunded. Please allow seven days for refunds to be processed.

     

    It may take longer to see orders ship due to increased demand. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, quality controlled and placed for shipping.

     

    Customs is also taking longer to inspect packages currently. Please understand that this process is not under our control. If you have any questions, please get in touch with United States Customs and Border Control.

      This is the same generic email response I received months ago. Still no product, no further communication, no refund. Order placed on 11/12/24! Over $500!

    I placed an order with this company on 10/13/2024. I ordered from here as this was the only website/place that showed in stock formula for Kendamil and didn't want to switch my baby to a different formula. The port strike did created some delays so I ordered a few to be safe. Since then, I have followed up on 10/29 as the tracking provided showed no movement. Their response was they were "checking with their warehouse" On 11/4, I followed up again to get status and they once again replied "checking with their warehouse", Few days go by and still no movement on the order or response back from them.On 11/13, I followed up again, they replied with they needed my patience to now follow up with the carrier.Few days go by and still no movement on the order or response back from them.On 11/26, I followed up again, but this time it they went back to "waiting on our warehouse"Followed up on 12/3, 12/9, 12/11, 12/17 and now I'm being ignored. I'm getting no responses. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service and run around of excuses. I've asked them several times to cancel my order and credit back my money and now they wont respond. They take advantage of someone's vulnerability in a desperate time to nourish their babies. My baby is now 1 and thankfully I wont be needing more formula, but I do hope no other mother has to go through this. I hope my experience will benefit other families and don't order from here.

    Bought a box of 6 of **** dutch formula from "my organic company" in June of 2024 in preparation for our second ****** Our first *** did great on this formula so naturally went with what has worked for us in the past as well as used the same company due to their prices and "happy baby guarantee". Word for word as follows.(Is your baby not doing well on this formula? We get it. Not every formula is for every baby. We'll help guide you and give you store credit to try another box for free. )Spent $265 on a box of 6 and once we finally had our baby he did not do well and was throwing up constantly on this formula.Contacted the company and they would only agree to honor a credit for 1 can vs the box of 6 that I purchased.BUT THATS 100% NOT WHAT THEIR GUARANTEE STATES.I pleaded to no availability on the premise of being a valued customer since 2021 with multiple purchases.Bad business practices of false advertising and once someone needs to use their guarantee, they leave you in the dust and don't honor their own stated guarantee.

    I never received my formula order, I placed the order online on October 3rd, 2024. They told me they were out of stock of the Kendamil formula but would have it back in stock in 2 weeks. I emailed them back after 2 weeks and they said they did not have it yet and should have it in the next week. I said ok. A week goes by and I request an update, they tell me they dont know when they are getting the formula in. I then requested a full refund October 30th. I have not received my refund and its been over 2 months. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about my refund status, and I have not received a valid answer. Please help!!

    Placed order on Nov 3rd & on Nov 5 said my order was on the way. Its now December 10 (over a month) and the tracking still only shows Label Created. I told them to cancel the ************** me.....they said they cant do that because the order was created by the Warehouse. When I would ask them weekly what is going on all they say is "we are waiting for our warehouse to advise us" ....so No Refund & no real answers. This is a TRASH company. Now I have to get my bank involved to get my money back.

    I put an order in for baby formula due to shortage in **. However, they took my money and never shipped the product. Later, they said they don't have it in stock. I been asking for refund and contacted them numberous of times via email and chat service on their website and always "waiting for warehouse to confirm cancel" but there is no estimated time, and no direct number to call.

    I placed an order for 6 cans of kendamil formula on 10/3/24. the website stated that it would be shipped within 3-5 days. After I placed order, I recieved an email days later stating that the formula was on backorder and it would take an additional few weeks. A tracking number was sent to me and it appeared that the formula was shipped, but it was helped up in delivery and then shipped back to the warehouse. No explanation given. The company gave me the option for a refund with I accepted. It is now 11/22/2024 and the company has been very shady about giving me the refund. They blame it on "waiting for their warehouse to confirm cancelation". It's hard to get ahold of anyone, the only way is by email, and that's if they even respond to you days later. This company has made no effort to refund me, I feel as though that this was a scam and they have stolen my money.

    I have ordered from my organic company to containers of formula under the brand ****. This order was placed on November 4, 2024 with express shipping paid. I have yet to receive the product. I have yet to have any confirmation on when it is coming there has been no updates on the *** tracking when I email which I have numerous times to my organic company customer services. I get a robot answer saying they do not process refunds and that they will see where my product is, but then they never follow up Again this is not a person emailing me. This is a robot response because every time I email I get the same response. I have reviewed the company policies as per websites. They do offer refunds at a 4% reduction of the purchase price. I have also reviewed that when you pay for express shipping as per the company policies on their website, they will offer a 15% coupon for a further order which I really dont need because I will not be ordering again from this company, but they have yet to offer me that they have yet to offer me any explanation and any resolution in regards to this , I want to refund I believe I am entitled to a refund because the company has not appealed any professionalism or standards in my opinion. My child no longer needs the formula because it took so long I had to find formula elsewhere.
