    I hired Olivas roofing to redo my roof after a storm. They completed the roof and while talking to them about future remodeling projects they informed that their business also did insulation. I told them that I would keep them in mind but that I needed to fix my foundation first. Brian, told me his crew fixed foundations as well. I paid him the balance of foundation and half for sheetrock and insulation. The foundation didn't look fixed. I had another foundation company give me a second opinion and was informed that it was not done correctly in order to support structure. I asked Brian to stop all work. The sheetrock work is a mess. Mud is too thick, sheetrock is not aligned with floor, ceiling, door/window trim. Sheetrock is too far back to meet with other corners of room. Sheetrock also moves where it is not secured properly. Nails are visible and some areas do not have any screws or nails. I sent Brian pictures and he refuses to come and look at any of the work his company did including the foundation and sheetrock work. He doesn't respond to my texts. His crew pulled out outlets and capped off live wires with painters tape instead of electrical tape. His crew also removed stone around house when working on foundation. They did not ask for permission and now refuse to pay for the outlet and stone repair. I did get an electrician to fix outlet and forward Brian the invoice and refuses to pay for it. He also left all material (sheetrock/insulation) outside on porch and it has rained. He insists that I pay for material but refuses to provide me with receipts. They broke a window and took 6 days to return. This company is operating without competent workers to do the job. The foundation work started 11-06-11/08. Sheetrock started on the 11/09-11/10 before I told them to stop all work. His business name also operates under Olivas restoration and solar. His name is Brian Olivas and his phone number is 432-236-9602. He had worked on fence, siding and attic insulation.

    Two checks of $4450.00 each are both for foundation. One check of $6950.00 for sheetrock/ insulation payment.
