            First thing is the amount of times the water is off is ridiculous tell people to fill buckets of water and put a hose by the pool we are human beings . Water being off for 3 days straight are you serious. Secondly I submitted 2 work orders in September for a leak in the kitchen sink and a terrible leak from the restroom sink they closed out my work order but did not fix the issue. On top of that when they started repainting I sent an email about one of their painters leaving trash on my patio never got a response or apology about that . I have been waiting on a call from the manager ******* and have failed to get a call. The person they currently have working in the office ******** is completely rude and disrespectful over the phone hangs up doesnt want to be helpful but when you go in the office in person attitude completely switches up. Clearly has not been trained in customer service . I have been asking for the corporate number for about a week and have been told they dont have it . What kind of business doesnt have their corporate number . On top of this I had a emergency maintenance issue for my front door being stuck were it was taking 5 minutes just for me to open the door and my top bolt lock wouldnt lock. ******** wouldnt provide the emergency maintenance number telling m I have to wait my turn for the work order . Excuse me this is my safety if my front door cant lock properly and I cant get out of my apartment . After calling 5 times he finally spoke to maintenance to fix my door it should not take all of that . They rarely answer the phone I called and them went in office to see if they were busy. Nope nobody was there they just werent answering the phone.ps. My sinks are both still leaking.

            They continually have the water off every other week and never fix the issue they patch it and the next week same thing constant gnat infestation due to broken pipes, water damage on bathroom ceiling I have reported and they never fix it,then will always send you am email claiming order completed when nothing has been done. They left me with a broken window for months,
