Not very good with fixing things and I have a big ***** problem I have kids it's a hazard to us there getting all in my food and inside my cabinets and our rooms

The attempt to fumigate was scheduled for ***** 1st. On ***** 1st preparations for the pets were not made, thus the fumigation could not be preformed. When we spoke with the resident after, she was to call and reschedule with the understanding that there could be a return trip charge. In the conversation, there was a reschedule for the following week on ***** 8th and resident was informed to be ready. On ***** 3rd, resident spoke with Assistant Manager and stated that she wanted to cancel because she did not want to be charged the return fee.
The increased activity is due to the fact that her unit and the adjacent unit were to be thoroughly fumigated. On ***** 1st they did not get it, per reasons mentioned. But the following it was rescheduled for both units. To not inconvenience the adjacent unit, we went ahead and did theirs on the rescheduled date of the 8th. With only one side being fumigated, the pests traveled to this unit.
Contacted the resident today after reviewing this post, and we rescheduled for Monday May 5th. I informed the resident to be prepared.
