Perpetually broken gates, access doors, elevators, fire alarms, and amenities. Constant staff turnover and disorganized communication. Vehicle was broken into, multiple missing packages, dog p*** in hallways/stairwells, cockroaches, overflowing waste shoots, gnats, overworked maintenance team, overall rundown.Charging me a $1,600 reletting fee and a separate $200 late fee because they changed systems and broke my autopay so that my last month rent went unpaid until I received the final move out bill. I offered to pay all in full if they can just remove that charge and the late fee. They won't work with me to fix their mistake.

    Hello,

My name is ************************* and I am the new Community Manager at Infinity at the Rim, as of 08/14/2023. I have attached a copy of the move-out statement that was completed at the time of **************** move-out on 07/16/23. Upon review of the move-out statement there is not a charge for a Reletting Fee, the total amount that is due is the unpaid pro-rated rent for July ****th, a late fee was charged due to no payment received for July rent. The additional charges on the statement are for final utilities and touch up paint. Please reach out with any further questions.

My partner and I have neighbors 2 floors below us (apt. 512) that are so disruptive (loud rap music, yelling/cussing off the balcony, etc.) that we can hear them perfectly from inside our apartment. Our office is practically unusable because of this and their weed/cigarette smoke makes our balcony practically unusable as well. Since we moved into here in late March/beginning of April, we have filed at least 8 complaints combined with management over the past 4 months about that apartment starting on 04/20/23 with the latest complaint being on 07/24/23. The response from the apartment management is always that they "will talk to them", but fact is that nothing ever changes. Management has also said that they were given "strikes" on their lease, but with how long this has been going on, we doubt that is ****************'s other "solution" was to give us a form to fill out to switch to another apartment in the same building but it would cost us ~$500-600 just to move across the hall. Now more recently (within the past couple of months), we had someone move in directly below us (apt. 612). Their kids are constantly screaming and banging into walls/doors/etc; because of this our apartment is now constantly rattling starting in the early morning through the evening. My partner put in a complaint against these neighbors as well in the week of 07/20/23. Response from management was the same "we will talk to them" with nothing changing yet again. The constant loud noise and now rattling of our apartment has been causing us headaches, high blood pressure/anxiety, and the loss of sleep. We would like to be let out of our lease with our deposits returned because the entirety of our lease so far has been nothing short of awful and ridiculous. At this point, with over $10,500 spent here & being in school, we would need our deposits back first to be able to afford to go to another apartment complex. Management has plenty of video evidence, usually no response to emails.

I am currently living in one of the studio apartments. My lease expired in April 2022, but there was a change in the management company so I have been paying month to month as I never signed a lease renewal. I found another place that has more space for myself and my son with a move in date at the beginning of July. I was told by the management company at Infinity that I have to pay rent for July and August since my ************************ June after I notified them that I would be moving out at the beginning of July. I cannot afford to pay for two places for two months as I am a single mother of one. Additionally, I did not sign a new contract after my lease expired in April, so I should not be bound by their 60 day move out notice since I am no longer in a contract with Infinity.
