  Date of transaction was July 26, 2023 I purchased a tail lamp and a grille for my vehicle Total I was told I was going to be charged was ****** but I was charged ****** The grille I received was broken and not in useable condition I would like a refund for the cost of the grille and the cost to ship the grille I have attempted to contact the business but they do not answer my calls. I have also left voicemail message asking for a return call I also did not receive an invoice as I had requested.

JBand I was there on delivery to check motor and seen the damage. We told the delivery guy, and he said to call company who shippedmotor on the invoice document.I didnt recognize SDAP name on invoice but didnt c BUAP. BUAP was the middle business.**** had me believing they was selling me motor. I called **** on July8 2022 he answer and I asked **** about SDAP and ********************* said dont worried about SDAP, problem is ****,also,I and ** told **** the engine is crack,busted open,timing chain cover been change that JBsaid motor might leak oil,adapter oil filter cracked.I told ****,I dont want the engine do to damage;**** insist changing part and gasket to make engine work.I askedJB said aint being blame for damage to engine.******************* JB on speaker phone.***************** and **** take responsibility for engine problem and I sent ************ the SAMEDAY.July17-28,2022,**** sent me several txtmessage,email to get intouch withMiguel about engine,sendpic,JBs automotive invoice andMiguel has authority withSDAP.****** got everything .On August2,2022.The invoice had ****** number,I called him the person said SDAP and is ****** there and He said this is ******,I told ****** about **** and the engine. ****** said ************* him it was okay to use my CREDIT CARD AND ID.I TOLD ****** That I DIDNT GIVE **** PERMISSION 4 U 2 USE MY CREDIT CARD OR ID.I told ****** the motor was bad and he need to refund my money back.
