I had Noack law firm become my receivership on my accounts from a debt that was owed. Which was fine. I am now upset as we onlly owed them 2307 and some change. They took the whole amount out of my savings account & also took an extra 1435 out of my bank account on June 11. We made an agreement that they could keep 1150. Return the rest to me and then I would make payments. Well, that went out the window as the money from my savings was never returned, and they said they would keep that and return the 1150. They kept it from my bank account. They decided this on June 17, 2025. It is now July 11, 2025. I called on June 8th, and they told me it would be in there on June 9th. I called again on June 9th, and they said no later than Friday. I called again on July 11th, and they told me they are just now processing the check, and it should be there in a couple of days. Without any real date or information, especially simply because it is an ACH transfer which should be automatic. & all i can ever get ahold of is the secretary who is absolutely no helpInitial Complaint

I had a civil judgement placed on me back in 2017 in the amount of over $1900. On May 27 of this year my bank was served with a notice to freeze/ hold that amount from my account at ****************. The amount was then garnished from my linked sons account who had just had his salary direct deposited by his employer. I am a single mother that just got diagnosed with cancer. This law firm Noack froze my accounts, threatening me about my money, not giving me an option of anything and telling me I have to pay a certain amount that I cantafford that I can actually end up homeless because I cant afford the amount and when I go to contact them, they dont contact me back all. My issue is my money was taken out from my bank all ***** dollars i called my bank and i was not even on file for a collections agency l researched into this company they have a lot of bad practices. Firstly they purposely out their address to a *** so you cant get in contact i called and they hung up on me. When i fonally got in contact they told me that i was not on file and to wait a week, but I dont have a week to solve this issue they took everything.
