We purchased a white 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe with Challenge Auto Center, LLC on the 9th day of May 2024. The agreement originally was we pay half of the total price of $6,500 for a down payment and we have a month and a half or more to pay the rest, but 6 days after the 9th of June 2024, our vehicle was repossessed. We then called to get our vehicle back and they wanted us to pay $2,800 plus $675 for the repossession charge. Making it completely impossible for us to retrieve our vehicle back. We then asked for our down payment of $3,000 back including the payment of $950 we made on the 3rd of June 2024, but they explained they couldnt do that because it was going against the contract, but they went against the contract by accepting our payment of $950.
