      Ditto to all of the above. But for detail sake:On February 14 2023, I ordered checks and a checkbook cover. I opted for non-trackable delivery. February 18, 2023 I received an email that my orders had shipped. Checkbook cover arrived but to date, March 15, 2023, no checks have arrived. I emailed March 9, 2023 and received this response the following day :"Thank you for contacting Checks in the Mail.Our record shows that the order shipped via **** non-trackable delivery and should arrive now. The checks would have arrived in green plastic packaging with white stripes. The checks themselves will be in a white portfolio-style folder. Can you please double-check if you receive green packaging with white lettering?"After reading the numerous other BBB complaints, I'm sure that my checks were never printed, or never shipped.

      ******************** had ordered from Checks In The Mail on February 7, 2023 and the package shipped via DHL/USPS method on February 9, 2023.  We received the complaint that he had not received his checks and we had called ****************** on March 2nd but had to leave a message.  Fortunately, we were able to speak to ****************** today, April 5th.  He states he still has not received his checks and we confirmed he had disputed the charge with the issuer of his credit card.  We honored that dispute and as a result, there is no refund due as he received credit through the chargeback process.  We have made notations on his account regarding the missing package and there is still a possibility that it has just been delayed in transit.  We have made notations on his account to monitor any activity in case the package is returned to us.  We regret the inconvenience and concerns he has experienced with his order and will reach out to him if we have any tracking updates.

      Hello. I am very disappointed and I am asking for a full refund rom the listed above. I order checks from them December 1, 2022 ck#*** for $24.59. To date I have not received them. January 4, 2023 I received an email from them stating my order had been shipped. After not received the checks and sending them 2 emails and 1 letter stating that I called *********** and was told by the automated system the checks are to be shipped Thursday January 17, 2023. How can I trust them? I have absolutely no checks and this leaves me no choice but to order elsewhere which is more money and again I wait for them. Today I went on the website and I checked on the status of order #******** which is my order number and it said no order exists. I am not sure what happened or what is going on but I have have ordered from them many many years and never had this happen to me. Please help me get my money refunded to me as it appears to be a communication error on supplying item that was paid for.

      Thank you for this opportunity to address the concerns of our customer, ************************   Our records show that we received her reorder for processing 12/29/22.  The order shipped on 1/4/23 with standard non-trackable delivery as chosen.  We had submitted a refund for her order number ******** on 2/13/23 while researching the BBB complaint she filed for not receiving her checks.  However, we were notified on 2/15/23 that she had just received her package of checks and no longer needed the refund and as a result it was cancelled.  This was good news as we know that there is a heightened concern when a lost package contains checks.  In this case, her package was delayed in transit with USPS.  ***************** is a long-time customer of **********************, and we appreciate her patronage over the years.  We regret the inconvenience and worry she experienced with this reorder arriving so late.  We hope that she will give us the opportunity to meet her check printing needs in the future.

      Checks in the Mail had so many different responses as to where my checks were.  They left me a VM and said they had no information that I even ordered the checks and that was after I already received my checks.  I am not sure what the different responses were or why but I did notify them I received my checks and not to refund me.  Thank you so much for your help in resolving this matter.  ***********************

      Ordered checks from this company....un beknownst to me, they sent the checks to the post office instead of to my Personal Box at the *** store. They received them back and destroyed them without so much as a phone call.....They said they sent the money back to my bank account but the bank has no record of receiving it and my bank account does not show receipt for the credit. They promised to send me a check and we confirmed my address but I haven't seen a check and its been almost a month. The order # is on the attachment which is the written conversation ...We have had verbal conversations ....my order # is 00-1116358871

      Tell us why here...Thank you for this opportunity to resolve the complaint for our customer, **********************  ************** has been a long-time customer of ********************** without any issues as encountered with her order 00-111635887 placed on 10/25/22.  Our records indicate we have the one address on file for her which is the *** box not a **** address.  I have forwarded the tracking number to our Distribution Manager to research what might have gone wrong with the delivery.  I do see that a credit was requested back to her **** on 11/11/22 and am reaching out to our payment processor to find out why it failed to post to her card.  In the meantime, I have called both phone numbers we have for her and have not been able to speak to her or leave a message as the voice mail is full.  I am so sorry this is making further delay.  I will continue to reach out to her to verify the address for mailing a refund check or to offer a faster resolution to credit the funds electronically or process to her credit card directly.  We regret that she experienced the delivery issue that caused her order to be returned to us as well as a delay on receiving a refund.  We can also offer her a replacement order at no charge, but we would want to find out why her package was not delivered the same as her previous orders.  I can provide an update once I speak with **************, and it is resolved to her satisfaction.  We appreciate her bringing this to our attention.

      Order Date: Friday, October 14, 2022 at 8:37 am Internet Order ID: ********* Description: ****** Shorthair Pointer Checks - Single Shipped on: 10/15/2022 I never received my order. I reached out to their customer service email (as suggested on their internet page) and received an automatically generated email letting me know that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. That never happened. A couple of weeks later I called the customer service number directly. The representative (who barely spoke English) was more concerned on if I "truly reached out via email" as if I was lying. He had no tracking on my checks because it was sent out regular mail. He offered NO remorse to my concerns that my checks were somewhere out in the world for anyone to use. His only suggestion was for me to call my bank. This company should not be allowed to stay in business. Now I am stressed that my checking account is susceptible to theft and their company could care less. Something needs to be done.

      Thank you for this opportunity to review the complaint from our Checks in the Mail customer ******************************  Our records indicate that ******************** placed an order through our website choosing the standard non-trackable delivery method at is offered at no charge.  We do have other trackable delivery methods that are also available to our customers online with the corresponding charges.  We regret that the service provided to ******************** was not to her satisfaction, and we will review those communications with our *********** Manager for service failures and training opportunities.  A refund for $27.05 was processed on 12/29/22 back to the **** Credit Card that was originally provided for payment.  We regret the concerns and inconvenience that ***************************** experienced with her check order.  I have contacted our returns department to have them double check if perhaps her package was returned damaged and will follow up with ******************** as well as the BBB next week on the outcome.  We appreciate her bringing this to our attention.

      I placed an order for check online and have been charged and never received them and the company continues to state they cant located them. They have all my pertinent banking information and just cant find them? Order was placed Sunday 11/6/22, total was $24.34. I have emailed back and forth with their customer service a number a times to no avail and now this. I think they are scamming customers and stealing their bank info. Now I have to worry about my checking and routing numbers being out there for anyone to find or take or use.

      Thank you for this opportunity to address ******************** concerns.  The original order placed by ******************** on 11/6/22 on Checks in the Mail website shows he had selected the "non-trackable" method of delivery which has no additional fee.  The notations on his account show that our service team did review his email communications and noted that he did not receive his checks.  We, therefore, submitted a replacement order upgrading delivery to a "trackable method" as well as advancing to the next sequential numbers for his checks.  This was all done at no charge.  Per DHL/USPS online tracking, the replacement package with tracking# **********************, was delivered to his mailbox at 1:18 pm on December 21, 2022, in **************, ** 15068.  If he did not receive the replacement, then we can refund his credit card that he used to pay for the order.  We understand the concerns that arise when a check order is not received and that is why we upgrade delivery and skip over the missing check number for the replacement to assist with the situation.  We can even replace the check order on a new account if the customer chooses to close the impacted one after consulting with their financial institution.  There is the possibility that the original package was damaged in transit.  We hope that should ******************** need additional assistance, he will contact our customer service department.  I have made notations on his account in order to expedite his service requests.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although I do feel their process is flawed as I am quite observant when placing orders online and always want to be able to track the package, even more so with my banking information clearly on display. I do not feel the opt out of tracking was clearly explained, it was baited by free shipping vs cost heavy shipping. These people are trusted with our very sensitive information and showed no remorse for just never finding the original package. Still has never made it to my home. Yes they sent a separate replacement but that was really never the issue as much as my personal banking numbers are floating around out there for anyone to find and use. So yes the put a bandaid on it by sending me a different set but I still feel like they mislead me and the company should be clear *** and more responsible with peoples information.

      I ordered checks on or about 10/30/2022. I received an email that the checks had shipped on 10/31/2022 order number ********! Here it is a week later and STILL no checks. I have left 3 emails with walmart checks to contact me and NO REPLY. I have called 3 times and each time was on hold for nearly an HOUR WITH NO employee ever answering the phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WALMART!!!! I can't reach them and I need my checks ASAP!! I checked the tracking number and it shows checks ARE STILL A WEEK AWAY. The biggest retailer in the world should HAVE SOMEONE AVAILABLE 24/7 TO ANSWER THE ********

      I paid for personal checks and they never showed up.05/14 CHECKS IN THE MAIL *** ************, TX Purchase -$11.95I sent a status request in May and June. In August I sent a message asking for a refund. No response at all.I called them on August 18th to talk with customer service. They had me paying $8.15. For what, I don't know.I asked for a ************ but since their accounting records are inaccurate they couldn't process it. I sent the documentation to the email address they gave me.Fingers crossed.

      Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review this complaint from ********************************  Our system shows that he placed his order on June 1st, 2022 online choosing standard **** delivery method.  On June 25th we received an email from him inquiring as to how long it takes to receive his order.  Our email response on June 27th stated "Thank you for contacting Checks in the Mail.  Our records indicate that the order was shipped and should have arrived by now. We apologize that the order was not received. The checks would have arrived in a green plastic flat packaging with white stripes.
      **** is currently experiencing delays and it is taking longer than expected to complete the delivery.  If you are unable to locate this order, we can send you a replacement with a higher check number so you can monitor the checks that you didn't receive. Please confirm the shipping address to ensure that we have the correct one on file.  Please let me know if you need any further assistance. We appreciate your business! 

      We do not show any further emails received from him.  It is possible our e-notification went to his spam mail and it was not reviewed.  We have checked our ****************** and have found no additional information regarding his package.  We have attempted to speak with **************** on 3 separate occasions but have had to leave a messages.  At this time, we have submitted a refund request to his Paypal account for the checks for non-receipt and emailed him confirmation of this today, August 16th, 2022.  We have left the fraud protection he purchased with the checks active and placed his profile on our security watchlist as added precautions.  We apologize for the inconvenience and regret the concern this may have caused *****************  He can reach out to us should he need further assistance.  Our contact information and hours of operation are in the email we just sent out regarding his refund.

      I ordered checks on May 4, 2022 and no where on their website does it tell you that your order will take 3 weeks to deliver to you. I got a confirmation email after submitting my order with payment saying I would get my checks on May 25, 2022. I then got an email from them on May 5, 2022 saying they had shipped my order. I ordered 25 single checks so these would easily fit in a large flat envelope (like previous checks have come from other companies) which **** is very quick about delivering envelopes. (I know I mail large envelopes all of the time by ****) so I started an online chat with a CSR at Checks In the Mail and asked her why they are telling me it will be May 25, 2022 before I get my checks if they shipped them on May 5th. She said they need time to process my order and then mail time. I told her again that I already got the "we shipped your order" email so there is no further processing they could do if it shipped out. She didn't have an answer so I got off chat and decided to just wait. I did not pay them for tracking because they way overcharge to get that mailing service but it is now May 27, 2022 and the checks that supposedly shipped on May 5, 2022 are still not here. I have since read reviews of customers who never got their checks and it seems to me that when Checks in the Mail gets an order that does not pay for tracking they just say they shipped the order (because 1 day to print the custom checks seems way too quick and 3 weeks to mail them seems way, way too slow) and so I suspect they don't bother to print or mail them. Because the customer has no way to follow up and the company can then keep the money paid. I can't prove this but I have now seen enough reviews of people in the same boat as me and I want to get reimbursed for my order since waiting for more than 3 weeks for a small order of single checks is not acceptable and there is a good chance I will never get them.

      Thank you for the opportunity to resolve the complaint filed by our customer, ***************************.  Records show that she placed her order online choosing standard non-trackable delivery with **** on May 4, 2022.  Orders may take a different number of days for production, but we do allow the full cycle time for delivery prior to submitting a replacement order or a refund.  This is the information provided by our call center service representatives when receiving inquiries of this nature.  On June 3rd, we show that we received her package back from **** stating it was "undeliverable as addressed".  We had emailed ********************** on June 7th to let her know of the return and, at that point, she could choose a replacement or a refund. We had not received a reply from her; however, since receiving the BBB complaint, we have submitted a refund for the full amount charged to her **** card.  An email was sent to ********************** today informing her of the credit being processed. She should see it post usually within 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuer and card type.  We apologize for any inconvenience she experienced due to the return of her order.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

      I have received the refund by the company and am okay with that resolution but I would like it to be on record that they did not send me an email stating the package had come back to them and that I had a decision to make as to whether to resend them to me or cancel with them.  Also, it does not make sense that the package would not be deliverable since the address printed on my checks is my mailing address and that address was correct in the email they sent me asking me to proof everything before they shipped out to me.  So I stand by my complaint that this company is not one to be trusted, they over-charge people for tracking to be added to delivery and then if you don't pay that excessive fee your checks don't arrive.  I am thankful to the BBB for helping me resolve my issue.
