      they say free shipping, and they got me for **** that i did not understand for sure when there adds say free shipping they wont refund me.

      We reviewed the complaint from ******************** and found that he placed his order online with the shipping method of trackable deliver.  We do offer other trackable shipping methods as well as standard delivery which is the free option that is advertised.  We apologize for any confusion with the online ordering process and have submitted a refund request for a portion of his order to cover the additional shipping charge.  ******************** should have received and email stating that a refund will be processed for $8.95 back to his MasterCard he originally had provided for his order.  We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter.

      Date of Transaction: Mar. 24, 2022 Re-order of checks originally ordered Dec. 14, 2018.Type of check: 3-to-a-page, wallet-size. Total ordered = 250 checks.Order # **-109284949 We received the order on Mar. 30, 2022 and opened the package immediately. We discovered that the WRONG SIZE checks were printed. Our original checks are 6 inches by **** inches plus a stub. The replacement checks are 8 inches by 3 inches plus the stub. The replacement checks do not fit our equipment.We made three (3) attempts to resolve this problem. At 15:30 ET, we spoke to "Lnyn" who was difficult to understand and had problems with our trying to tell her the problem. When we asked for a supervisor, she first told us, "...she's on a break..." When we asked when she'll be back, we were told "...she's in a meeting.""Lnyn" could not have cared less.We called again at about 15:38 ET and spoke to "Allie." *** emphatically told us that the mistake was OUR FAULT after we went step-by-step through the online reordering process.We told her, several times, that we followed every step and included a photo sample of the checks to be reordered. ******* solution: *** would process a new order IF WE PAID AN ADDITIONAL HALF-PRICE ($17.10.) This was not acceptable. We asked for a supervisor and waited...waited...waited.Our last attempt was via a chat-online with ******** at about 16:** ET. *** offered to send us a new check order for an additional $12 as she claimed that the checks were "laser checks." The checks she would send would have unwanted lines for "payee" and"amount"--which we did not want. *** also refused to accept any returns for credit. In the past,they were a reliable, reputable company. Sadly, this is no longer the case. They no longer take responsibility for errors.We simply want our $34.23 credited back to our charge account. We ordered checks from another, reliable source. Letters were sent to *********************, CEO and Citibank (credit issuer as a dispute)

      We have reviewed the complaint from ******************** and found that he had submitted a reorder for checks online.  The type of product chosen was for manual business checks.  However, his previous order was for the smaller laser wallet checks.  We apologize for any confusion regarding the differences in these check styles on our website.  We regret the lack of assistance from our service representatives and will provide feedback to those for improvement opportunities.  We have processed a refund for their order in the amount of $34.23 back to his MasterCard originally provided for payment.  We have sent him an email confirming that the credit has been submitted.  We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter.

      I ordered checks properly, they sent me checks with the incorrect name on them. I put in the information with my name ***************************. They printed checks that said Lilyanna Lilyanna I filed a complaint and they said theyd send me new checks. They then asked if my bank was correct and stopped answering my emails. They lied saying theyd send me new correct checks and I bought checks that were printed out wrong. I said if Im not getting the checks printed out correctly, I want a refund.
