    I am filing this as my bank account was just frozen and all my money was taken from it. I in no way authorized this. I have things I have to pay for like rent and food and cannot because money was taken from me with no authorization.

    Michael Adams is the court appointed receiver in this case. We do not represent any parties involved with this debt. We take all our directions directly from the judge in the case. 
    We received a court order to freeze **** ******** bank account from the judge in ****** ** 2 court cause J2-CV-16-084604 to satisfy a judgement signed on 09/12/2017

    We have uploaded the receivership order from the court to this complaint The status of limitation in ** is 4 years but once a judgement is granted a judgement is good for 10 yrs plus 

    We do not represent the plaintiff in this matter we are only following the judge's instructions.

    My bank account was on hold on March 19th, March 21 I talked to ***** and ***** and ***** set up an monthly payment settlements for 36 months in the amount of 346 dollars and she assured me that my account will be taken off hold and I can use it for my child with disabilities because I had to pay for his therapy. We agreed first payment would be on April 21st and from there we would have 36 month to pay it off. Now my account is off hold and negative 8200 I called their office and ***** quit and left a mess behind her. ***** is not taking any responsibility for his actions. I think this business is run by uneducated kids. They just hanging up on me and refusing to talk. What a joke of a business. Biggest scam

    i have attached the signed settlement agreement the consumer signed that stated "All seized funds will be sent by the bank and applied to the Agreed Amount not to exceed total due. DISCLOSURE: Although an agreement is made & signed it will not stop the bank from send us additional funds IF funds are deposited WHILE the account is still on hold"

    ***** seized my sons bank account for a debt I owed and its been over 2 weeks now, I made arrangements to pay my debt back and they told me last Wednesday my son would be reinbursed his money over 13 k and they will not respond to emails now or return phone calls! This has to be illegal! my son is seeking legal council now because I he is the primary account holder and I am just on the account in case something happens to him so I have access to the money. They have not refunded him and are now not responding to calls or emails!

    This "business" froze my bank account and will not answer phone calls or emails to resolve the issue yet my bank said they won't help and to contact Michael J Adams PC. My accounts (checking and savings) are now ***** negative each and they took almost $5,000. Someone needs to resolve this issue. I am not the first complaintent with this problem.

    I was advised that if I went into a payment plan in order to pay off this court order the funds that were taken from my daughter savings account would be returned to her. These funds are from the ********************** and our exempt from being used to pay my debts I have sent several emails and have been attempting to contact the number that I was provided and receive no response as to ****** and how I am going to receive the funds back to my daughters savings account She is under the age of 18 and again. These funds are from the ************************** for her survivors benefits. I checked my mail today to see that instead of returning any of my calls and emails a letter was sent to the courthouse advising that the payment that was taken from her savings account was applied to my debt. That is not the agreement that we came to and I want that money returned to my child

Adams haba retirado ** de $5800 de mi cuenta y los haba puesto en espera. Nunca he conocido, hablado ni s quin es este abogado y temo que me estn estafando. Mi banco me proporcion el siguiente nmero de telfono ************** al que he intentado llamar varias veces y he dejado mensajes sin respuesta.     I tried several times to reach this law firm both thru phone and email. Finally someone called me back and they were extremely rude and unhelpful in their collection practices. Basically said i pay or they ruin my credit and will make it impossilbe for me to buy a car or a house. I asked for several way to settle and they just wont even discuss it. They expect me to pay $9K right now or pay $200 per month during but i will still have a judgement against me and cannot buy anything that require a titlke or i will have to pay in full. They are the worst. These predatory practices are against the law

    Date of the transaction is February 5, 2025, in the amount of $2906.60. I have tried to contact them about this issue that I have no knowledge about but have been unsuccessful. They garnished my wages from my account without notification. I do not know where this is coming from if they would respond to me and let me know so that we can settle this issue, but they don't respond to my calls. I am at a loss and do not know what else to do. They have not provided information about who the debt collector is or if any type of arrangements can be made, if it is my debt. To my knowledge I do not recall owing anything of the sort.

    Request is being requested that the firm's provide proof of this debt, nothing was sent to me about this lawsuit. I have no knowledge of any such debt. This information was provided to me by ***************, where my funds are withheld from account ending in 2157. Furthermore, I revoke any and all ach/withdrawals from this account because I believe it is a scam or fraudulent activity that violates my rights to be informed about monies held from my personal account.

    They have frozen my accounts, I have been trying to get in contact with them for 4 days leaving multiple messages, emails and numerous unanswered calls. The one time I did talk to someone it was ******** ******** I responded to the email giving permission to send me documents to sign to set up payments. They still havent been sent and now I am back in the same situation not being able to contact anyone or get a response.
