              I've repeatedly requested cancellation at least 4 emails requesting cancellation if service. I have fulfilled my 1 year obligation yet airtron keeps taking money out of my bank and no one has replied to my cancellation requests. I would like the last 2 months refunded.Additionally the main reason I am disappointed with airtron is that they never want to come to my house to fix the problem. At any rate I want $80 refunded.

              I had an appointment with Airtron on 1/4/24 and they gave me a 7 hour window (1:00 pm to 8:00 pm). I left work around noon to ensure I would be there for when the technician arrives. Finally at 6:30, I called to inquire about an estimated arrival time, and the lady on the phone simple told me that they will not make it out to my house because of other service calls. Rating Airtron at even "one star" is too much. They deserve no star at all! No way to treat a customer. TRY HARDER **********************!
