    I bought a vehicle from Byrider. They told me it was service in four days. I wanted to take the car back. The lady told me this is not ******* or you can just bring back a car. The engine was no good now they refuse to talk to me about the warranty because I told him I was going to get an attorney they dont answer my calls. They will not talk to me at all.Join in with me by contacting the ************************ consumer complaints. This is the only way youll be able to get help.

    Byrider has have my car for over 21 days now every time i call them they always have a attitude they told me my car was going to be fixed by the 21 its the 24 even they lead tech looked me in my face and lied to my face when I call and ask about my car they tell me theyre going to call back but never do at this point I hate the fact that I dealt with byrider

    Sold me a messed up car only had for a week and then want me pay outta pocket when it was warranty but warranty doesnt cover what messed up with the car mind you that when I bought the car it was said it didnt have any problems

    I was sold a 2011 **** escape. First off it wouldn't pass inspection due to a brake light. Their warranty is trash. Fast high pressure sales. They stuck me at paying $500 a month and total cost $16000 on this junk.

    Hello, we apologize for the confusion. Byrider provides a program with a warranty that can help service major components with a small deductible. Although it does not cover all, our ****************** are there to help with all cost to include low cost labor rates and can beat other service stations. This service warranty is included in the cost of the vehicle.  If for some reason, your vehicle is needing servicing, we recommend calling the service department as soon as possible.     IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD, PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO HERE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS WHO SELL LEMON ***S. THIS IS A FRAUD DEALERSHIP AND THEIR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. AS OF YESTERDAY MY *** HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO THIS SHOP AND BROKEN DOWN ON ME 3 ****S DUE TO THEIR FAILURE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO FIX MY *** PROPERLY THE FIRST **** AND I HAVE SPENT NOW ALMOST $1000 AND YET IT IS STILL NOT 100% , THESE PEOPLE WILL TELL YOU THEIR ***S ARE RELIABLE AND THE DEAL MAY SEEM GOOD AT FIRST FOR THE *** BUT PLEASE DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE PLAY YOU. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND IF YOUR *** EVER BREAKS DOWN THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TOWS FOR YOU EVEN FOR THEIR MISTAKES , THEY DO NOT ACCOMODATE YOU OR PROVIDE RENTAL ***S AND THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR PARTS AND LABOR BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW DESPERATELY WE NEED OUR ***S AND FOR SOME REASON , THE PROBLEMS ARE ALWAYS NEVER COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THEY DO NOT TEST DRIVE YOUR ***S IN SERVICE , WHEN I TOOK THE *** IN THE SECOND **** MY MILES WAS AT ******* AND WHEN I PICKED UP THE *** IT WAS STILL AT ******* AND I HAVE PROOF AS IT SHOWS THAT EXACTLY ON MY CUSTOMER RECEIPT. ID ALSO LIKE TO MENTION I WAS TOLD THEY ALSO LEFT THE *** RUNNING IN IDLE MODE FOR 20 MINS JUST SITTING THERE AND THEY SAID IT DID NOT OVERHEAT, TELL ME WHY WHEN I PICK UP THE *** , MY PLACE IS NOT FAR FROM THERE I LIVE JUST UP THE **** THAT BY THE **** I TURNED ON THE *** AND GOT HOME IT ALREADY STARTED OVEHEATING WHEN I GET HOME. I JUST PICKED UP THIS *** , THEY CANT POSSIBLY BE SERIOUS. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE.     FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP!!! DONT GET SCAMMED READ THEIR REVIEWS!!DONT DO BUSINESS WITH *********************!!I was presented with 4 cars off the back in real beat up condition, alerts on the dashboard lit up, and one vehicle (dodge dart) even smoking when lifting the hood. To me it seemed as if every car in the dealership was a lemon. After those I was presented with a ***** sonic. Newer car with supposedly no issues. Test drive fine as most lemon cars do. Before signing with salesman ********************* and the General Manager read over the car fax with me and elaborated what good condition this car was. They explained how byrider cares for their customers, and run full inspections on their vehicles to ensure we remain on the road. They both told me the car had never faced any issues and has only been in the shop for oil changes and inspections. I was told the car has not been worked on for anything else. I put $1000 down and signed.Not even 24 hours after having the car I broke down 3 times in ******. Not only messing with my way of transportation but how I support my family. While being on the side of a busy highway I contacted the service department multiple times, during business hours, and received no answer. When I reached back out to the sales person, I was told this issue was my problem now. . Here the advertisement is sweeter than the product. When I finally got a hold of the service department manager I was told the car might be facing a minor issue or a minor malfunction. ******, service manager, then informed me about all the repairs that have been done to the vehicle by his department that was never informed to me by ********************* or the general manager when reviewing the carfax and going over what has been worked on in the vehicle. I was lied too through the entire process.They do not refund your down payment or try to help you out. If the warranty doesnt cover ************ you have to pay that out of pocket and cannot receive the car until so.

    I have a 2014 Volkswagon, My car ended up with a ***** and I took it to the shop at Byrider, they kept my car for a week, called me and told me it was ready, get there, paid them, go to my car, it was unlocked, someone had been in my car doing drugs, we found a crack pipe, stuff was missing, then cranked my car up and all the fluids leaked out, it was in worst shape than before they got hold of it, then had the nerve to say, can they get me an uber. They had it towed back up there and charged us another price, and it still is not fixed. The first price they quoted was $700, now they are saying an extra $1700 for WHAT, and It's still not fixed. Then when my wife asked for the keys, they lied and said they couldn't find the keys, until she told them she wasn't leaving without her keys, or she will get a key made and come back and get it, the keys magically appeared, that's childish and playing games. They are the worst people ever, every person that I have delt with, all say there's nothing we can do, they said we did fix it, well why is the ***** coming from the same place., now it's black smoke coming from the tail pipe. They should be out of business, PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

    I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at this location on ****************** because of services being treated unfairly they had my *** I have a Dodge Cara*** 2011 and it was taken in for overheating and Diagnostic and they said it was a crankshaft I end up letting them know to mess with the crankshaft only and the motor mounts to be fixed but the end of the fixing the coolant lines and now my *** is overheating and it's sitting here it was with them for 4 weeks mind you they end up having an accident happen over there on their my driver side door has a dent and they think that it happened in my time no I don't have time for foolishness, they said I'm sorry that is contract that there's nothing that they could do mind you they do have cameras why would I go starting a complaint about my vehicle being hit on the driver's side door I don't got time for These Foolish Games I got kids and they need to fix what the damage was not only at that I end up paying $540.00 cash and they ended up still give me the vehicle in a worst?? condition overheating so it's now sitting there overheating and there's nothing I can do because they have not reached out to me the manager **********'m still waiting for her to call me she has not called me and I don't know to talk to you, I've been trying to reach out and they gave me a date for appointment to take my *** back the date that they gave me was a date that they were closed why would they do that to a customer that's stupid I'm ****** off I'm frustrated I'm a mother with three children and we are already in February ****** this actions has been since December

    Worst dealership false advertising they are not willing to work with you jus very rude 9 days late on my second car payment and they repossessed my car and wont let me recover it and refuse to give me back my down payment or payments already made

    Purchased a 2013 ****** Rogue in Aug, 2020. It's has needed things here and there which is expected. However, the last at least 4 or 5 times I've brought it in for them to look at, I have informed them that there's something wrong with the transmission. Had it in the beginning of October, 2022, they fixed a few maintenance things, after being told again there's something wrong w the transmission, they said it was fine and they did check it. Got it back, it was no better than when it went in, and now I suddenly have lights on the dashboard, drove it for a week or two, brought it back in and again asked them to check the transmission, also stating that 2 different mechanics agreed it's something w transmission, got it back a second time, being told it needs a transfer case, had that repaired, still NO improvement. Had it back in again, FINALLY their mechanic agreed it's the transmission. It's now over 2 months later, last communication was 7 weeks ago by sheer luck someone actually answered the phone in the service department o was told them that it would be a couple of weeks before they could get to it. That was 7 weeks ago, they are now not returning any of my voicemails, emails, or messages. So, I've had to pay for a car I can't drive for 3 months. Also have had absolutely no response from their corporate office. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't buy a vehicle here, they're horrible.
