              I never have any business with this Credit Union and now they using my name and address to send offer "Marketing". So, please suppress/removed any marketing (regular) mail and STOP using my name and address for future mail.

              Monthly statement never included interest due or savings account information. Their explanation was that amounts change daily. The $28,872 was pif June, 2024. The next month's statement had only my savings account information for the first time. Requested to close savings to find out $1044.63 was due for interest and I paid immediately, after being emailed that I was to have called to get payoff amount. Nothing on my contract indicated I was to do this. Then within 10 days they informed me that my interest due was not that but $1038.24. Then another amount $1043.35. Finally they paid whatever they decided on and credited my savings with $6.28. after sending information to close the savings and their not responding I called and in a matter of minutes my savings was closed and I have received a check to close my account with **********************.
