All of my items had been packed in 27-gallon bins. I stated this multiple times during the quote including bed frame, mattress, tv's etc. all items being moved. The quote given was for these items. 1 week later I received an email asking to state/list all items so I did AGAIN. This company then sent me a NEW quote for double the price!!! DO what you say in the beginning.Business response

I am thinking this customer has the wrong company. I have no past history of dealing with a ****************************** Not only that, but we do not move furniture, beds, tvs nor have we moved 27 bins.. We do however rent out Uhual trucks for moves. The customer takes the truck. We do not move the items. We are a Uhaul dealer that just rents out trucks. The customers do have an option to go onto Uhaul.com to request movers. Or she can even hire movers. I am thinking she has somehow mixed up a moving company with me Safe Ship- Uhaul Dealer.

Returned IPhone 12 in the color purple using the express pre paid envelope provided by *************************** I was told by the cashier on October 6th at 9:18AM package would be picked up by 2PM the same day from **** Third party shipping company is named Safe Ship. I was told & banners included within the company ships for: ************************** now 9:40PM when tracking with tracking number to verify, no details are provided. Per Assurant policy I have seven days to return damaged device. I want to ensure device is returned. Please & thank you so I am not charged. Pictures of **************** are below.
