    Negative Ten (-10) Stars. Gold Financial services in *********, ** area. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY. Loan officer ****** manger by the name of ****************************** I advice Veterans, Soliders , even civilians to save yourself the headache, money, and time. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. ******** treats you like a child. Has no respect for military personnel, doesnt treat these documents with care as they are time sensitive documents. Me and my wife and to constantly push back our closing date because this so called professional wouldnt call or email us back with any updates. 7 times in a row this company would call us the night before or the day of closing to request not just one documentbut multiple documents which weve sent multiple times to him and his assistant. H*** throw religion with business and get off track very easily. The day or night before closing hes never available. Seems like youll have to chase him around for updates. PLEASE TO ALL MY VETERANS OR SOLDIERS OUT THERE DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. YOULL BE WAITING ON WEEKS JUST FOR AN UPDATE OR JUST TO BE TOLD THEY NEED MORE OF THE SAME DOCUMENTS. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. THIS LOAN OFFICER AND COMPANY HAD ME A VETERAN AND MY WIFE LIVE IN A HOTEL FOR 70 DAYS JUST TO BE TOLD IT WAS OUR FAULT OUR PROCESS TOOK TOO LONG. ***************************** is worried about reputation rather than getting you or your family in a home.

    Horrible experience.Worst company to work for. I did my families mortgage and my mortgage while there and they didn't pay me. The term is call tone of top and the ***** who runs this company allows their employees to steal from one another.Highly recommend not doing business with these crooks.
