They were all so kind and went above and beyond what is expected of a person. I had some foundation work done on Feb. 17, 2025 by ****** and his co-worker through Baird Foundation Repair. I was very pleased with the job. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional--very polite. They cleaned up after the job and explained what they had done to correct the foundation problem. 1/23/2025 From the very first you know that this company knows what to do when your house is not level. From explaining what they plan to do, how many holes will be dug, how long the project will take, calling before they arrive, service to them is number one. The staff that visits first explains everything thoroughly. The next crew to come is just as thorough, placing plastic sheets down on the lawn, keeping dirt piles contained, and rock and concrete piles separate. There was no dirt left to spread out, no trash left for the trash can, and no material left on the sidewalk or driveway. Very clean, very respectful of my property. I would have no one else than Baird Foundation Repair to work on my house. I was impressed with their work ethics and recommend them for anyone needing their house leveled and repaired. ******* ******* ******** patiently, thoroughly, professionally, & expertly provided me information on the **************** of my foundation stabilization & lift. He went above & beyond to see that I was satisfied with his work on this project. I was very pleased with the work ethic he and his crew, ****** ******, **** ****, and ****** *******, consistently displayed in completing my project. From start to finish, they remained focused on their assignment, provided excellent team effort, showed a positive attitude, worked long hours (event through San Antonio's cold front) to perform their best. Job site was kept organized & clean during & at the completion of the project. These employees excellently represent Baird Foundation Repair and deserve to be rewarded. I was also impressed with Design specialist Kelby Baird's professionalism & expert ************************ of his recommendation to rectify my foundation predicament.
