One of my irrigation zone was not working. They came over to fix that zone instead of fixing that zone they messed up two more zones. They did not have the right tools and knowledge to diagnose the system to find out what wire belongs to each zone. They changed top part of my solenoid valve that I had purchased and took the bottom part with them. They also cut some of the wires that were not part of the zone in question. I sent ****** a text message that he needs to bring my part of the solenoid valve back. His first answer was that I will drop it sometimes this week (April 30, 2024) which he did not. On my second request of May 23, 2024, he replied that, I will try and deliver it by tomorrow, which he did not. No star should have been given to this company. On top of that they charged my $185.00 for the service call and labor. I provided all materials.USE THIS CONTRACTOR WITH YOUR OWN RISK.
