  They took 6000ish out of *****. That's how they treat people who serve. They could have done it for at least half that. Not recommended by me

  Dont use them at all! Avoid them like the plague! Used them for the 3m earplug case. I have bad tinnitus and hearing loss because of those earplug people around me getting 260k compensation. So I asked the so called attorneys if I was good and Ill get that. They kept reassuring me that I would get that. Time passed and never heard from them except a couple emails then they tell me my settlement was around 10k of which they got ***** and I got the remainder. So I have the injury and they get more money what the actual F is the point of using these bloodsuckers if all theyre doing to do is s**** you over?!?So Im making it my mission to tell as many people as I can about how they treated a disabled vet dont use them at all!!!!

  My auto accident was March 31, 2023, at 3pm in *********. I was to start a new job with the State the following Monday. I hired the **** Henry Law Firm. My First ******** sent me the documents thru my email, I signed them and then the horrible part of my life continued. Oh, and the lady who totaled my paid off car 2017 ****** Camry Hybrid (123k miles) received a ticket from DPS or ************** not sure. That night my neighbor took me to the hospital because I hit my head on the **ivers window. I was diagnosed at the hospital with a concussion. This would later cause my pain ** to burn the nerves on my neck (Very Painful). I also experienced headaches daily and falling so I quit my job after six weeks and moved near my son two hun**ed miles away. For the past 18months, my case has been transferred to several lawyers with no concrete updates on why my case was being transferred or how my case was coming along. When I had the accident that Friday 3pm and signed the docs to hire TJH, the ******** at the time assured me that he would be calling me early Sat morning to provide me with a rental Car. He totally disappeared (no return calls, ********* called their 24hr line and the ******** never called me back. My third ******** informed me that he sent the **iver's insurance a million dollar offer letter. I did not hear from him for a while and when I phoned the office, they informed me he had gone into litigation and that I had a new ********. TJH attorneys have caused me so much emotional stress and with a TBI I am afraid of the third aneurysm bursting. I have repeatedly asked to speak with or meet Thomas J Henry and was told by the attorneys I have spoken with; I have not even met him. I said why? he is not God; I mean even I can speak to God, and I usually get a reply. However, I am seeking all avenues to get Justice in this situation. I do not recommend them to anyone, especially if you are elderly, single, or a minority. My next call is to ***.

  Unfortunately, there is no way I can put here ZERO stars for this hostile company. The dysfunctional organization is full of liars and low-quality lawyers. My case was handled by one lawyer who quit and it stuck for a month, finally was transferred to a lier lawyer who was set up for an amount way lower than my medical bills. I have to go to medical provider offices myself making calls and negotiating to get the final bills. Discover loud of scams and unlawful practices that Thomas J Henry Law Firm doing (God is not blind and TX AG office) The worst of all I lost everything doing this process, I became homeless without the ability to pay for rent, food, transportation, phone line and an internet connection and they just didn't wanna pay me until I start doing strike from of the office. Ironically my strike location is in the place where they have a billboard with signs that TJH Law pays 1 Billion dollars to his clients - the biggest SCAM in the world - please read other people's reviews also - DON'T hire them. They don't deserve to be in the market - they are the worst. Ps. I still didn't get paid while I was writing this review.

  I was involved in a rear end accident. TJH attorneys accepted my case in ******, *****, where they sent me to several expensive doctors for treatment. For an entire year, my case was transferred to several lawyers with no concrete updates on why my case was being transfered or how my case was coming along. They even took $2500 from my personal injury insurance. One year later, they withdrew from my case, leaving me with expensive medical bills and having to find a lawyer who will take my case. TJH attorneys has caused me so much anxiety and stress that I vow to spread the message about how they do business. It appears I'm not the only one they have done this to. However, I am seeking all avenues to get Justice in this situation. No more Big Billboard Attorneys for me.

  I saw the *** 3M earplug lawsuit and decided to join. (big mistake) I have used the defective 3M earplugs throughout my military career. To make a long story short, I submitted all the required information and months later I was offered a compensation amount of $16,000. I felt that amount was too low to compensate for a condition that I will have to live with due to wearing defective earplugs. I opted not to accept the express payout and chose the deferred payout option. About 4 months later I called to get an update. I spoke with one of the *** associate lawyers. I was informed that I would not receive the initial proposed amount, but will receive $1000 by the end of this year. When I inquired more, I was told that I did not qualify for the deferred payout program because my condition was not severe. I asked what were the guidelines they followed to make that decision, but the lawyer could not tell me, just that I did not qualify. I asked if *** will keep the other $15,000 of themselves, he replied, no. He insisted that no one would receive the money. Interesting! I felt that it was a ripoff, I served my country, I'm the one with the disabling condition. All the lawyer could say was, thats the rules. I asked to withdraw my application for the 3M earplug lawsuit, his response was, you can't do that at this time, once you receive the $1000 you can do whatever you want. I informed him that I disagreed with the decision and would not accept the minuit amount. I assured him that I would warn others veterans in any way that I could. ( Social media, the news). I asked to speak with his supervising attorney, but he mentioned that she was not available. I asked if she had an office number to leave a voicemail. I was put on hold. Then informed that I would receive $1,000 this year and possibly $3000-$8000 between 2025-2029. I was confused. At first I did not quality and now I quality for a small portion, but not the full amount that was initially offered.

  Was led to believe I'd be able to get 25 to 50k settlement from 3m, ended up being offered 10k with documented hearing loss and tinnitus. *********, unfriendly, bad for Veterans. Stay away.

  This is the worst personal injury law office in the **************. I dont recommend them to anyone especially if you are a minority. I have been told the same comments for over five months now and instead of filing suit they have decided to get rid of the attorneys, office managers and anyone they fee I could file a complaint against. Which doesnt relive them from their obligations as attorneys and so forth. If they didnt want to respectfully represent my child and I, they should have dropped us as clients. However they dont wanna eat the cost of treatment we have gone to already so they are hoping that I let them go as my attorneys and then I would have to pay two attorneys.

  T.J.H. INITITALLY, HEARD MY INCIDENT OVER THE ****** WITH IN A MINUTE, SAID THEY WOULD TAKE MY CASE TRAVEDLED TO S.A OVER 40 MINUTE DRIVE. NICE REPORT TAKER. THEN ASSIGNED A LAWYER AND SHE ASSIGNED A CASE WORKER.I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SUPEONA THE BODY CAM FOOTAGE FROM THE (3) OFFICERS THAT SHOWED UP. THEY ALSO WOULD SUPEONA THE FOOTAGE FROM THE PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNER, WELL KNOWN GROCER.XRAYS BY V.A. AND MEDS PRESCRIBED TOO WERE SENT TO THE *** FIRM. *** SENT ME A LETTER FOR ALLOWING THEM TO SEEK REMEDIES FOR ME. I WAS TOLD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE CHIROPRACTOR THEY CALLED. OK. CHIRO-CALLED AND GAVE ME AN APPOINMENT. (THIS COMING WEEK.)EMAIL LETTERS STATED(***) WORKING DELIGENTLY. I MENTIONED THAT SAVINGS AND WERE DWINDLING AND HOW SHOULD I PROCEED. I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COVER THE EXPENSES. I ALSO TOLD THEM THAT EXPENSES SUCH AS LAWN MOWING, SIMPLE CAR MAINTENACE EXPENSES WERE BEING PAID DUE TO INABILITY TO DO THEM MYSELF. THEY SAID SEND THE RECEIPTS. THEY DECIDED TO DROP MY CASE AND WOULD SEND A CERTIFIED LETTER OF SUCH. I ASKED IF THEY HAD SUBPEONAED THE BODY CAM VIEDOS, LAWYER SAID NO. I ASKED IF THEY HAD SUBPEONAED THE GROCERS FOR THE ***** FOOTAGE, AGAIN SHE STATED NO.I ALSO SENT 5 PAGE LETTER FROM THE FAULTED PARTY' INSURER. LAWYER SAID NO.I THEN REQUESTED FOR *** FIRM TO WAIT UNTIL THEY RECEIVEED THE BODY CAM FOOTAGE FROM N.B.P.D. I BELIEVE THEY DROPPED ME LIKE A HOT POTATOE AFTER LEADING ME ON FOR OVER 7 WORKING DAYS. THE REASON WAS EVIDENT. I COULD NOT MEET THE EXPENSES FOR THE LONGIVITY AS I STATED BY PHONE THEY ARE HONEST ABOUT HOW THINGS WORK, (I FIGURED IT OUT.) IF YOU CAN'T SUSTAIN YOURSELF FOR THE DURATION, GOODBYE. INSURER OF FAULTED DRIVER SENT SOME FORMS. (THEY RECANTED THEIR DRIVERS STATEMENT OF INCIDENT THAT IT NEVER HAPPENED.) *** HANDLES LARGE AMOUNT CASES.AND IT WILL TAKE TIME. MORE MONEY ON YOUR DIME PAIN AND SUFFERING WILL BE ONGOING TILL? YOU WILL NEED MONEY TO HELP YOURSELF. NO FEE! 37..5% IF A WIN.

  I thought it was a good ideal to hire TJH to represent me in an accident case. After being told NOT to claim loss wages by my attorney, because it would take longer to get my money. I followed his advice (bad move!!!), DON'T TRUST JQ at TJH. Then being told that he would be able to get me ******* to ******* in my pocket after all of my hospital bills and liens if I agreed to settle for less than the *** (Un-Insured Motorist policy of $250,000) which I did because guess what? they're the experts. Well, now we're at the time for me to get paid and would you know it, the amount goes DOWN TO $132,000 Okay, not too bad I can still do what I need to do financially. Now the attorney gets sick with no word for over a week and of course no one picked up the ball to work on my case, so I'm told. Now he has to retract to say that they did work on the case but didn't know what to do after a couple of doctors didn't agree to lower their bills. Now two weeks later I'm suppose to get my money and would you know it that now the amount that was given to me which I have an email stating I would get has changed to just over $62,000 which *** received ******* and in order to get the settlement I had to agree that I didn't hold them responsible for any other money owed and in the second paragraph that I was completely satisfied with the settlement, which I WASN'T but if I didn't agree to sign it I wouldn't get my funds. NEVER TRUST THEM!!! You can trust that is their name but they are NOT a name you can trust in.not a happy client!!!!
