      This is the absolutely worst loan servicing comoany ever! Every since my mortgage has been switched to them it's been problems that's costing me to come out of my pocket to fix. They screwed my insurance, they screwed my escrow, and they screwed me. Not to mention the misinformation on a surplus check they claimed to have sent me out over a year ago that turned out to already be cashed. Covey claimed the check was sent out in 2022 and they didn't inform me about it till 2023 and turned out the check had already been cashed!!!!!??? Now Covey Is ignoring me. I can't get a call back. I can't get a text back. I can't get a email back regarding this situation! Thanks alot for your services Covey! Wish i could've gave you zero stars!

      About your surplus check, we advised you to contact the police. We sent the check to your address. You are claiming that someone intercepted it and cashed the check, because our records show it was cashed. If that is the case, please contact the police.

      ***** was a great help last week. Amazing customer services, she called me back regarding a late payment fee, of course I told her I pay my bills on time and she said she was going ro call me back. She check my payment history and removed the late payment fee. I send my payment through the mail still. Everything was resolved.

      I have nothing but good things to say about Covey. My loan was transferred over to them years ago. It was a bit slow going the first month or two, but after that, perfect. I have spoke with ************* a few times, and she is a complete gem. Always polite, professional and knowledgeable. She is a pleasure to speak with as are a few other at the company. Thank you for always having the answers.

      ****** is AMAZING customer service representative, also she's a great asset to your business. ****** was polite, informative, and very helpful. I have had other interactions with other representatives at Covey and ****** was the best hands down. I pray when ever I have to call again I will get her or maybe I can request her.

      All the reviews of the helpful knowledgeable agents are ************************ and ****** so these ladies are the only ones that truly knows the company inside and out and their on customer service whereas I spoke to the company's accountant and she couldn't get on are you smarter then a 5th grader If her life depended on it!! As being a single young black homeowner I jus feel that I've been taken advantage of $26,000 paid on my behalf and ***** can give an account of how this money was applied!! Like I've stated it's to much fraud going on nowadays and I WILL NOT be a victim of it my dream is to pay my home off before 30 years and COVEY is making it very hard to see that come true but God sits high!!! When CEOs can't answer questions from a homeowner something isn't right!!!

      2.9% to pay my mortgage is ridiculous. I e never had to pay 13 dollars to pay my mortgage payment. I am not giving my routing number and account number out online. It may seem silly to some, yet its not to me. Its bullying behavior. If I dont let you into My bank account I have to pay ***** dollars more. If it was about those they were serving they would find a more reasonable way for all payees.

      ******* was very attentive to my concern on how to make a payment online, without being charged a large convenience fee. She went out of her way to show me where I can get my checking account number and routing number, so that I may make a payment without being charged a large convenience fee. Thank you

      *** had a tremendous amount to deal with this past few years. One thing that Im grateful for is how smoothly they make their part of the home buying process.       I have had a great experience with Covey. The communication regarding my account has been very transparent and frequent. I have been late on my payment twice in the year and a half I have been with this lender and the reminders sent break down all fees and have clear expectations of payment. Thank you for your care and understanding. I am considering selling my property and would love someone who can explain my options.
