unfortunately this didnt go well for us either. I did have such bigger hopes with these folks but thats NOT the case. We put down on a home and was told it would be a while before completion which was cool. Things changed during those 8 months that passed and we needed a bigger home to fit our now 2 families in. So number one was communication. It was all good when they wanted to get my money. After they took it I had trouble here and there every so often getting answers. Once I asked for a refund I was gotten back to with another option to apply for a bigger home. We financially arent in the position to pay 250k or more for something and dont have the means or credit for that either and had decided to go a different route we felt suited us better at this time. so I declined. Was transferred to the original person I spoke with from the beginning. (this is were i am so confused if yall scam people constantly out of thousands why leave yourself a paper trail of binding agreements giving you a deadline promising to pay someone back?!? lol) anywho he proceeds to tell me he sending over a form to sign to get a refund processed in 2 weeks. Of course it sounds good so I sign and wait come the 15th day no money. So of course call me up like whats up? He gives me the run around that he needs his boss to approve and finalize it. Almost 2 months since that conversation, there have been no answers through phone text or email since, how funny huh. Well something even funnier is as it seems they have gotten comfortable taking advantage of peoples desperation. The real business is robbing ***** to pay **** & giving us nothing but excuses to why we dont see funds IF THEY ANSWER AT ALL. Messed with the wrong one.i will make sure they cant do this to any of us again. Papers are coming yalls way. REFUSE! to let me Or anybody be bullied by yall. We coming for our coins. You already know I got them receipt's.
