On November 5, 2021 I presented for a doctor's ************ I filled out a Covid-19 screening form which said at the bottom that if I was experiencing any of the symptoms listed on the form, I was to wait in my car and have a "curbside doctor's visit." I informed the girl at the front desk that I had a cough and stuffy nose and asked if she would like me to wait in my car. She dropped the clipboard I was trying to hand back to her and told me I needed to leave the office and come back on Monday. I informed her that I work a full time and a part time job, I am a full time student, and I am a single parent and I am not able to change my schedule on short notice. She responded by saying I needed to leave immediately and someone would call me to reschedule. I received a total of five phonecalls that afternoon where I informed them every time that I had gone to an urgent care clinic, I was negative for Covid, and simply had a sinus infection. A month later I received a **** of $25 for a no show when I was clearly in the office for my scheduled ************ I spoke with a "supervisor" who guaranteed a call back and I heard nothing. I have called at least once a week asking to speak with a manager and I am constantly told they are unavailable. I refuse to pay a no show fee when I was in the office on the date and time of my appointment and was told to leave.
