1 starKCI/Solovent/3M company claimed that I did not have a wound vac. I had been using it for 9 months. They refused to send supplies despite multiple people supplying them with information. **************** initial contact said they dont have an account . The next level supervisor said I had no account , yet he ordered supplies for my non existent wound vac. It should not take 5 to 6 phone calls to obtain supplies for a wound vac. They have continued to bill my insurance daily for 9 months though. Please use global medical or another company that treats you well, is easy to communicate with and is organized enough to know their customers.Review fromDene Q

1 starThe wound vac was recommended by the doctor. It was fine until the last month. The pressure was supposed to be at 125. During the last month, the pressure would fluctuate from 0 to 175. That caused the wound to look like a raw steak. Doctor decided to take wound vac off. Wound vac was returned to 3M by **** The issue I am having with 3M is when they send a bill or statement, the statement is not itemized. I don't have a problem with paying. I like to know how they arrive at their figure. I don't like surprises. This company said that they would send me the info. So far nothing. They are good at sending you a bill but not explaining how they arrive at their over the top prices. They claimed they charged $95.00 per day rental. Funny that they billed $13,134.00 for 2 months. Lucky for me that insurance paid 90 percent of this. I had to pay $1140.00 They don't give you any information for how they arrive at these figures. The government has a " No Surprises Act", I don't think this company complies.Review fromSheila B

1 starThe would vac worked & performed as it should. With that being said, I have no health insurance. I was charged $878.50 per 7 day wk X 2 wks Ttl collected $1757. I was told there wasn't separate chg for supplies. I got inv dtd 01/11/24 clearly showing separate chg for supplies. I have supplies not used/opened. No credit is being offered nor are they willing to accept them back. Beware of wound vac care. Could be much more of a hassle then they're actually worth when you have no health insuranceReview fromWilliam S

1 starHumana approved supplies from this establishment on September 30th, 2023. We have battled with them for 5 days to send supplies and they have had us to jump through hoops to appease them. We got Humana, them, the patient, and the home health nurse on the phone today in a conference call. They kept putting Humana on hold and we were on the phone for over an hour with no results. ****** made the comment there was no excuse for this. I hope that I never need anything from this business. Ignorance, stupidity, and lazy run abound. A+ rating...you are kidding. I see others share in my pain. I would not order supplies for my dog from this place. One star rating because this is low as I can go,Review fromKaren D

1 starKCI has recently been acquired by 3M...not soon enough! That said, 3M is complicit in the atrocious service. Two weeks ago I had what was supposed to be outpatient surgery to include hook up to the wound vac. The vac never arrived at the operating room as promised and I had to be admitted to the hospital...not only at my own cost but the hospital was at full capacity and needed beds. Hospital staff worked tirelessly that night and the following morning to have the vac delivered...no result. I started emailing and texting 3M including the ** and finally got a call from a Marisa...she said they had held back delivering the pump because they wanted the surgeon's sig so they could bill ********* 3M held me hostage! When I finally got home 3M hounded me to sign off on a form buried deep in the box of too many supplies. Two days ago I called to stop billing and for pickup. Now I am getting the "wait 3 attempts by **** or in 15 days maybe someone from their shop can pick it up.3M/KCI...shameful, exorbitant insurance practice, hospital cost and depriving a patient of a bed, and then my being held hostage to their bad service. The pump works...dealing with this company is a misery.Review fromJeffrey F

2 starsI drive for Uber and must be in the cell phone lot so I can get in the queue for a trip. The lot is constantly over. Ran with nowhere for me to park. It needs to be either in Priest or an additional lot added. Also, I have counted up to 5Z trip cars just parked along the curb in the area in the terminal where we are required to pick up our customers. They are just sitting there waiting for somebody to tap on the door so they can get a trip. They should not be allowed to do that.Review fromTAB B

1 starKCI provided me with an oversupply of medical equipment supplies without authorization from my insurance or myself. There is no way I could ever use that much supplies for my treatment.I left the hospital with a four week supply with a vacuum pump..Two days later They sent a big box case of supplies for my pump..I didn't even use the ones sent home from the hospital..This is legal fraud..I called them many times not to send supplies to my house...They done it anyway...They don't use a signature requirement so they just set the box in my yard..KCI you have messed with the wrong person.. I'm calling my news station that investigates companies like you on television. You are a legal fraudulent company that over supplies thier Customers.I'm hiring an attorney!Review fromJohn R

1 starKCI provided me with an oversupply of medical equipment supplies without authorization from my insurance or myself. There is no way I could ever use that much supplies for my treatment. On top of that they know these items are not returnable. And so I am stuck with these expensive items worth over $700 that I have no use of. A representative told me I can donate them. Not much consolation for being over charged for my treatment. Beware. If you have same issue, contact them before you even open the large box. Maybe they'll do something then.Review fromRouletta B

1 star**************** is among the worst I have ever experienced. They were supposed to have my vac here by a Monday as I had an appointment to get it placed on Tuesday. When it did not arrive by the promised time I started calling, they kept promising it would be here, first by 11 pm, then by midnight?? Who delivers to someone's house at midnight without clearing it with the resident first? Poor customer etiquette, at the least. They finally managed to get it here just over an hour before it was scheduled to be placed. Who does that??They have any number of representatives call and ask the same questions in the same day. They can't seem to make notes on the account, or they don't bother to read the account. I receive anywhere from 2 - 12 calls DAILY. All of these while I am trying to work, I have expressed my displeasure numerous times, and they supposedly noted on my account that no one was to call between 8 am and 4 pm, I still receive at least 2 calls daily, but I don't answer them or return them any longer if they can't honor my requests why should I bother? They have ZERO respect or concern for their customers, and apparently, they don't care if they get paid; you would think if they did, they would be respectful of my request not to call while I am working. If I lose my job, I have no healthcare or money to pay for their machine. I'm not sure if that hasn't dawned on them or they truly do not care, but I find it rude and quite frankly insulting. Especially when they call to ask the same questions numerous times daily. I have had to sign for the receipt of my equipment 2 separate times, because they can't locate the copy their rep had me sign and took with him when he hand delivered the equipment to get it here on time, the only thing they have done right if it weren't for that they would be a zero star review in my mind.
