My mom initially took my car in due to shaking/noise & brake light. They said a wheel bearing needed to be replaced, we did it. I went & spoke to the mgr ****** & decided to do the remaining work there. We did 2 of 3 motor mounts, the side eng mount & the trans mount. I took the car back after bc it was still the same. The mechanic ******* took my car on a 30 sec or less drive & said that it was "much better". My ******* tried to explain to him, but he talked down to us & said we needed to do the remaining work, the control arm, ************* bar. I took my car to a diff *********** recorded a video showing the side eng mount was defective. I went back & ****** had another mechanic, *****, test drive it w/ me. ***** confirmed it was defective. They replaced ****** said for them to do the last motor mount too. After a few days it was still the same. ***** checked it & the same motor mount was defective, again. ****** said he was going to get it from a diff place but I needed to pay an additional 80, which I did. I then had them do my control arms, sway ************ while waiting for the part. A few days later I drove my niece home & on the way back home my brakes went out. I called ****** the next ******** car was towed to them. ***** called & apologized that ***** had not locked the brake ********* tire burned through the line. He stated they were replacing the ********* front brakes at "no charge". They did & replaced the motor mount we were waiting on. Upon driving my car home it was making a thumping sound. My engine shield that covers under the car was missing & I found my tire ******* cut & one tucked into the frame of the car. I took my car back & was told I never had an engine shield. I showed proof I had one, I was told they were ordering a new one & tire ******* at no cost. When my mom went to pick them up they gave her MY engine shield that I supposedly never had, & only one ***********. I paid approx 3500 & my car is STILL not fixed correctly.
