      This is the worst customer service that I had about in dealership.they took my car 3 days ago,after a month waiting for my appointment,still has not been diagnosed, because of that and not calling my warranty to start my claim I can not get a rental car through my warranty.Si I am about to loose my job because of they haven't done the basic that they were supposed to do .They should of put the the a sign out there that they don't accept any car unless it has been bought from them.Very careless and give a crab about how customer suffering.

      World Car Mazda is one the most bootleg, shady, and knockoff (subprime style) dealers ever. First, off if your car is not brand new, it's probably a lemon. Anytime you take it to them for a repair, it will be just good enough for you to take the care off of their hands and pay them for it. I had the same issue addressed for about 2 years straight they would always charge new fees and supposedly fix something new every time. Finally, I just had to get an engine replacement, and then when they attempted to fix my transmission leak (instead of fixing the issue) it was leaking as soon as I got home (about 1 mile from the facility). Then the person they use as a service manager said none of their repairs are warrantied through them. This company is good for patching up stuff in order to save money and work since their service techs don't know how to fix anything and I mean nothing. Ask anybody who has their vehicle repaired through them if their vehicle was good for more than a few days afterward. Then as a deterrence, they always have a full schedule, no loaners available, and they don't honor their (supposed) warranties; they always say it's a different issue when you bring it back. World Car Mazda (North and South) both need to be disbanded totally. I guess I have to leave at least one star in order to submit my complaint, but these are no star facilities.

      Avoid this dealer at all costs. They will overcharge for service and do work without you agreeing to have them service your car. They took complete advantage of my inexperienced 19 year old son

      While this is a complaint against the service department and their incompetence it all boils down to a safety issue. Original issue has not been fully resolved after months but due to scheduled move - which they had been fully appraised of- no choice but to take vehicle. Perhaps since this was a warranty issue and they couldnt squeeze the customer for any additional funds it just doesnt matter Do not take your vehicle here. If you broke down and your insurance tows to this facility REFUSE. You do not have to use the dealer that they automatically tow to. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, excuse after excuse provided for why they cant do repairs. Called in one day and was told vehicle would be ready in two days. Call back in two days to see when available to pick up. Whoaaa not only is vehicle not ready they didnt have all the parts yet (2months later) and the engine wasnt even in the car. Pretty big miscommunication. Multiple emails, multiple calls, shuffled from one manager to another with one excuse after another. Finally ready to pick up after 3 months and shoddy, shoddy work. Cover pieces not installed, sitting in the trunk. Battery dead after turning off at one stop. Since all the radio stations had been changed its a pretty good darn bet they were running the radio while working. And the Original warning light still on. Them: Cant get a part in and fix in the time you need, but reassured its all ok. Since Moving i have no choice but to take the car. I feel so safe and secure driving my family across the states based on their assurances that all is good. Because their word has been stellar so far!

      My experience here was the worst that I've ever had buying anything. Not sure if they are taking advantage of everyone, but they sure tried to take me to the woodshed.They have dealer fees that are between 15-20% of the vehicle that they claim are mandatory(based on my purchase in corpus at *****************,they are not). The sales guys and the leader couldn't explain why the fees were necessary. The sales guy finally told me that it's a seller's market, so I should just accept it and move on.They told me I didn't qualify for the financing special when I have really good to great credit. I had no issues getting the financing deal at ****************************** in Corpus. They also hid several fees in the financing that weren't disclosed until I asked why their payment was so much different than my calculation.They kept asking me what I could afford to pay, I kept saying MSRP as listed on the sticker at your advertised rate of 1.9% for 60 months... that's what I should've gotten based on advertisements and sticker prices, but we never got there. I had to drive 2.5 hours to Corpus and ****************************** to get a fair deal. I feel bad for everyone that they are taking advantage of.

      I really thought very hard before I wrote this review of this Dealership and especially their service department, but the mistakes that has happened to me there as a customer should have not ever occured. I will also state that mistakes are made, we are only human, but when they are constantly made everytime you have an appointment then there is a need to address these mistakes that have been made and correct these mistakes so they won't continue. The way that business is conducted there is in desperate need of an overhaul!!! Communication is desperately needed, Not ensuring that parts are ordered, parts not being put back CORRECTLY, and most of all damaging items on my vehicle, power hub for my cameras just ripped off from underneath my dash and put back, to fall out while driving home unplugging after market led strips and leaving it unplugged, to pinching the cable of my led light strips with the fuze compartment lid is unacceptable!! Work that the technicians that is done should be checked and all items corrected and customers informed about everything that was done including inspections need to be discussed with the customer and a copy of these results given to the customer. Service Manager mistakes ( Not ensuring that parts have been ordered, work done on vehicles checked to ensure that nothing is overlooked). Does not happen at this Dealership. I know I have had this happen to me two of the three times I have been there. This could really be a great dealership, with an excellent service department, but constant mistakes are the failures that this service has because of not checking work being done the right way on every vehicle that comes in for service is driving this service department to total failure!!
