    I am writing to file a complaint against Akimbo Card Services regarding their handling of my virtual card creation issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and the way they have handled my complaint.On Friday, March 24th, I called the company's customer service to inquire about creating a virtual card. They are closed on the weekend, which already was upsetting.. However, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and rude, and my issue was not resolved. I called back on Monday, March 27th and my complaint was escalated to the tech team, but the problem still remained unresolved.Since then, I have called 4 times and spoken with several representatives and supervisors, but none of them have been able to help me. They have been dismissive, unprofessional, and downright rude. It has now been 6 days since I first reported the issue, and it is still not resolved.I feel that this company has failed to meet their obligations to provide me with satisfactory customer service, and their behavior has been unacceptable. The handling of this situation has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Akimbo Card Services, I would also appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue.Thank you for your attention to this matter.***********************

    December 2021, my son got vaccinated in ************* and received an Akimbo incentive card. The value was $100. We just checked the balance now, and found out that the balance is down to $72.20. They charge $6.95 each month after 12 months if the card is not used. They call it inactivity fee. My son was saving it until he has something he wanted to purchase. The card is valid through 11/24. Why should the value drop if it's not used?

    Its a rip off because they charge not just monthly, but everytime you reload, and if its your only option, they souldn't be charging you work because you need the money not to be paying to this type of companies that take advantage of people in need

    Horrible, my card doesnt work anywhere and is also rejected online. Then I try Sephora , tried 3 times thinking it was me, then get a text stating i made a purchase with my new balance when in fact it did not go through at all on sephoras side. This card is rejected everywhere and I want a refund not just my card but my employees cards as theirs dont work either

    Received 3 Mastercards with my name on them. Tried to register them, already canceled. I received 3 debit cards that have no connection to me that I know of. No information in envelope that they were delivered in.

    I use this card at a hotel and the only thing the hotel did was but a hold on the card and that was about two weeks. The hotel release my money the same day i left and now *************** is saying they going to still hold my money for 30 days i had the people from the hotel email them so they can release my money two days ago and *************** said they never received it. So i ask them why haven't y'all received the release from the hotel yet they still saying they haven't received it so now they still holding my money for 30 days.I don't think that right it's been two weeks since i left that hotel i have not received my money back

Upon researching your account we can confirm you have contacted our customer service team regarding the hold placed on your card account. Unfortunately at this time we have not received the authorization from the hotel to release the hold on the pending charge. As our representatives have previously advised we must receive authorization from the merchant, in this case the hotel, to release the hold placed on your card account.     I just got home and saw my 13 year old received this master card. I dont understand how you got my childs information and why youd think its ok to issue a minor a credit card.

    This is a Scam. They sent a MC, kept emailing me to open and use my $20. Once signed on, and clicked okays, the card number does not register anywhere and cannot be used anywhere, reads invalid. For both my husband and I. Should not get even one star!

    I received a card from akimbo my name is ***** they was taking money out my account left n right like on one off my with drawers it said I had said I had 730 I go to atm take out 120 I got 400 dollars smh these people are just taking money
