    Complaint: 22633608

I am rejecting this response because:

In response to **** *********, CEO of ProductMentors letter Dated December 17, 2024:

Ill begin with, Expired Agreement; in the attached mentoring agreement, Provided by ProductMentor, there is a Launch Guarantee where it states:

If Client completes the entire Product Launch 2.0 online training program and hasnt launched, PM will continue to support Client with live mentoring calls and email support until Client launches. All lessons and exercises must be completed to the best of Clients ability to qualify for the guarantee.

ProductMentor did continue to provide weekly live mentoring sessions through April 2023. ******* *****, President of ProductMentor, was my Business Advisor/Mentor. ***** listed himself as Business Advisor on my LinkedIn product page, through October 2024.

As my Business Advisor, ***** recommended using his friends, ************** of **********, to produce my product. I trusted my Business Advisor and followed his advice. ***** served as the facilitator; all information went through him. I was not allowed to speak with Best Print. As late as June 2024, ***** was adamant that he was the only one to speak with Best Print.
While ProductMentor and Best Print are Different Entities; Best Print is a contract vendor. ProductMentor was the communicator, manager, and agent for Best Print. ProductMentor requested money for Best Print, ProductMentor supplied the payment instrutions, ProductMentor gave directions, and product information to Best Print. Transactions with were a,Third-Party Transaction but ProductMentor functioned as a Best Prints agent. In November 2023, when Best Print wouldnt use the specified screws, it was ***** who fought with me and spoke as the representative of Best Print.  In February 2024, when Best Print didnt want to do the product certification, that had been paid for, and then asked for more money; it was ***** who negotiated on behalf of Best Print, for me to give up paid services so that Best Print could make more money.  As late as August 2024, ***** offered me ProductMentor fulfilment services, which were to be stewarded by Best Print.

ProductMentor controlled and regulated everything. If ProductMentor failed to provide proper, approved information to Best Print, or if ProductMentor and Best Print decided to make changes about specific product features, without my consent, then ProductMentor has an obligation to rectify this matter. ProductMentor is vested in the services provided by Best Print and is not a Neutral Facilitator. Under the Complaint Clarity clause, third-party interactions must be addressed directly to the respective third party. PruductMentor has been Best Prints representative and agent.
Resolution Responsibility displays the lack of character that is at the root of this problem. ProductMentor has disregarded their contract vendor, the same as they pivoted on me. They facilitated this entire entanglement, and instead of bearing their share of the responsibility, they abandon partnerships in a pathetic effort to save themselves.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that a complete dissolution of our partnership, including profit-share is a satisfactory resolution to me.
