I was approached by ***************************** of Nails roofing in *********** ** last week and said he could tell me if my roof need repair I said yes. He asked me to sign what I thought was a permission for him to meet with the insurance adjuster. I file a claim with the insurance and I got **** from the insurance and ******* keeps texting and calling me continuously asking me to send hime the check even though they havent even worked on my roof. I have already asked him politely to stop calling and texting and that I told him I feel threatened by him and I would file a complaint with you and my local police department and now hes telling that the paper I thought was a for allowing him to meet with the adjuster was in fact a contract. I spoke to my i insurance and they told me I dont have to go with them. I just want them to stop harassing me.

Thank you for reaching out and Im sorry there is a misunderstanding in the process. The agreement states that if we assist the customer in the adjuster meeting to assure that the insurance pays for the full roof replacement that the customer agrees to ********************** doing the full roof replacement. Nails Roofing utilizes the exact same insurance estimate that was provided to the customer after the adjuster meeting that ********************** assisted on. The initial payment released from the insurance is used as a down payment for the ordering of the customers material. Again, apologies for any misunderstanding that as occurred.We value your business and would love to discuss this further to find a resolution.
