Do not do business with this company. They came to our house told us it would cost us nothing up front and show us the savings we would have over 25 years and had us signed some documents to install the panels.. What they did not tell us is that the documents were actually a loan agreement in the amount of $82156.25, With a company called **************** in ********** which is basically financing our monthly electric bill over 25 year. With finance company in **********!!!! Neither one of the 2 reps there told me that was what I was signing but I did record the entire conversation when they were here and the next day when I canceled I recorded the conversation when they told me that they did know but 1 rep said he thought the other 1 told me the other rep said he thought the other 1 told me. This is fraudulent business practices that needs to be investigated by the Attorney General in the **************Pure Energy Inc

Salesman ******** came by my house to give an estimate for solar panels. I looked up reviews on the company prior to his arrival to see what type of company I would possibly deal with. A few reviews said that they had issues with return calls or communication. So I brought this up to ******. He told me he was a supervisor and "assured" me that "He" personally would take care of any issues. I asked for all the information he had described and showed me during his presentation he said ok. I again asked 2 more Times. He left and I had yet to receive what I had requested. I texted him on his phone and requested that information so I could look over my current KWs used and what I would generate with the tiles. (This was being texted) that next day at 1.pm. he was stopping by to have me sign papers, yet I didn't have any breakdown of what I was going to sign. I again texted him and received a song and dance of how he was up till after midnight and had sent it, for me to look in my junk mail. How insulting... we're currently texting and your text aren't going to junk, why would the price breakdown? Truth is, you failed to send it, now your going to look for excuses to cover your failure on something as simple as a price breakdown. So much for you personally taking charge and managing issues to your customers. Seems the sale is all your interested in. Sale Loss. Carry through on simple promises. It has been a few weeks since the panels were installed on my grandparents house. The employees from Pure Energy starting from the sales guy to the installers were professional and very helpful. They custom designed a system for their home that will eliminate their $268+ bill from CPS completely. Its been an great experience working with these guys. Currently they are working with my sister who lives in ****** to reduce her electricity bill since her bill increased 2 fold since August 2022. Mean while they have been educating me much about residential solar since I an a realtor in the San Antonio area and have been seeing more and more solar panels being installed in the area.Pure Energy Inc

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They scam and steal your money. We purchased solar panels through them. They didnt sell us enough to cover our bill like they promised. I spoke to ****** one of the managers who promised to get me a revised quote and fix the issue even though we have been complaining for YEARS and all of a sudden she STOPS responding and is unreachable! What a horrible business. They are liars and cheats. They dont have the newest state of the art technology anyways. They will sell you the old models that will be outdated. Do NOt do business with them!Pure Energy Inc

Like others' reviews, we waited way longer than promised for final installation. Several months. First lie: When the sales person was at our houses, he told us we would have ONE fixed monthly payment. LIE! We have a loan payment (which is fixed) AND a separate electric **** which varies depending on how much solar power is produced (how much sun there during that billing cycle). During the winter, we paid the loan plus HIGH electric bills. Excited for the summer, we had so much solar producing days. Less than 6 months after install, something broke (which we hadn't realized) where we weren't producing ANY solar power. It took over a month for the part to get to us and they didn't compensate us fairly for missing out on all that sun (How convenient!). I have tried to get in contact with a manager for weeks and apparently he's been on vacation. 2nd lie was the tax break they promised. Our tax person told us that if the panels are installed on the house, you cannot get the tax break. I should have told the salesperson to take a hike and done more research.Pure Energy Inc

Our goal is to educate our clients on the solar process, and set realistic expectations. Please know that we take cases like your seriously, and are endeavoring to learn from them. Each client and system is unique.To address the material that broke down, the manufacturer of the item shipped out the replacement as quickly as they were able to do so, and a service call was scheduled to replace the item at the first available opportunity. Addressing the Income Tax Credit; each client's situation is unique. We purchased a zystrm from them. A fairly large system. They promised a 6 week install including the utility company's part but it's been 8+ weeks now. They came out to install the panels 2 weeks after purchase and it was a quick install and it only took 1 day. The panels have been sitting there doing nothing since then. The communication is sparse and misleading. The electrician was blaming the installers on why it was taking long to finish the install. Then the installers were blaming the electrician. When cps finally came out they found out the system wasn't ready to turn on. Now I have to wait 3 weeks for a new install date depending on cps availability. So a "smooth" 6 week install is going to turn into a 3+ month waste of money. They should consider paying peoples CPS bills when they fall behind on their promises. On top of that thr salesman promised an inverter that supported battery and generator backups. It does not!Pure Energy Inc
