    I would not recommend this company for your sunroom needs. We made a full deposit in Feb 2022, where expected completion date was supposed to be around 3 months due to supply chain issues. After nearly a whole year later, we finally get our enclosure installed at the end of January 2023 after lots of emails and phone calls. The day of the install, we notified the company that the 3 panel sliding doors were not installed correctly. The panels does not fully lock onto each other, which made one of the three panels move back and forth when completely closed. They said it was just adjustments on the bottom that needs to be made to correct this and will come back to finish the adjustments. After adjustments were made, it did not fix the issue. This became more apparent when a month later, a strong gust of wind blew the panel off of its track while the sliding doors were closed. The company's son, ******, came out to inspect and one of the sliding doors were too large and that was why it was not locking onto each other. He took measurements and said he was going to order the correct size and replace. 13 months later, the door still haven't been fixed. We are no longer getting any replies from emails regarding the issue and are completely ignored. With this type of service, any warranty claims might not even matter if it takes a year to fix or if you don't get any replies back.

    THEY DONOT RETURN CALLS, THEY ARE 6 WEEKS LATE ON DELIVERY BUT REFUSE TO CONFIRM A NEW DATE. I TRULY BELIEVE THEY OVER CHARGED BY SEVERAL THOUDAND DOLLARS. I HAVE CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICES IN ********, THEY SAID IT'S A PRIVATE *** BUT EMAILED THEM FOR AN ANSWER. STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME.
