    Constantly incompetent. Twice in 3 month time they have lost paperwork to send me the money that they tell the federal government that they Are giving me. Ive had nothing come on time ever, they purposefully send my money at random intervals so as such to confuse and in turn Steal the money. Artificial road blocks exist at every turn to help them keep the federal money out of the hands of disabled Americans and in their greedy wallets. My history of complaints along with others of many go unnoticed because we are n disabled and cannot afford lawyers to fight this. I just dont know who else to tell no one cares.
