I spoke with **** from luckor auto and inquired about a truck, he was very rude, and very disrespectful and even told me not to come down there and look at the truck. I wouldn't recommend that anyone go there with such poor customer service.

I bought a cool sports car from Luckor Auto and it has been the best purchase of my life. I love my car and and I am thankful for how courteous and friendly the owner treated me throughout the process.

I bought a 2012 *** X5 35d on November 10th that turned out to be a lemon even though I was assured by the business owner, who claimed to be an ************* mechanic, that he was not selling me a lemon.I should have done 3rd party, independent verification on the business owners claims about the vehicle before purchasing. I did not.When seeking recourse with business owner, he was not willing to reimburse me for repairs, repair the vehicle himself, or buy back the vehicle.I told him I would leave his business a 1 star review if he did not try to make the situation right and that I would ask other people to leave reviews regarding my experience. Business owner responded threateningly, If you have other people leave reviews who have never set foot on my business property and werent involved in the transaction, thats defamation. Ive been through this before, and it usually works out in my favor.The business owner called my request for reimbursement for the repairs to my vehicle a shake down.Since this business owner has decided to treat me in a way that makes me feel disrespected and falsely advertised to, I want other people to know what my experience was truly like.24 hours after purchase, a check engine light came on. Less than 3 weeks of driving the car it has 19 fault codes, a whole in the charge pipe, and oil all over the engine bay.The business owner denies that he sold me a vehicle with problems and is unwilling to compromise on solutions or treat me as a valued customer. The business owner shut me down telling me I bought the vehicle as is, denies that he sold me a vehicle with a hole in the charge pipe, implies defamation lawsuits on my family and friends if they leave bad reviews, and refuses to reimburse me for any repairs.I have not been treated in a respectable manner after buying a lemon from Luckor Auto.I will do better in the future, but for now, buyers be warned and beware!
