      I put down a large down payment on this vehicle 06-17-2024. I went through the process and left the lot. The next day my check light engine was on. The doors would not open on the back and rear. The air was not working. The speakers were blown. The day after that I broke down in the rain and the car would not work. They towed the car and refuse any sort of refund. I had it for ONE DAY and it broke down. They sold me a lemon. This business knows exactly what they do. They put "90 Day Warranty" on the vehicles. They know they are going to break down soon. They know they can repo them. The customer will get tired of paying for something they don't have. Then this "business" will take back the lemon and sell it to the next fool. This is ridiculous and someone needs to put a stop to this business. They are preying on broke and desperate people and it is disgusting. These slime ***** knew I was a single mom of five just trying to get to and from work. They sold me a car and took all my money with no care for anyone other than their pockets. I'm going to be suing them and showing the courts all the reviews on them and these reports of everyone saying the SAME EXACT thing.

      After ****************** selected and test drove the vehicle and drove it off the lot, she contacted the office and demanded a refund. When we attempted to offer her other solutions, she refused to listen and threatened to sue ********* The lemon law does not apply in this case.

      I am rejecting this response because: They are lies. I asked this business to rectify the problem and they refused. I was met with hostility and told they were going to do nothing about it. I had the vehicle for ONE DAY BEFORE IT STOPPED WORKING. I paid over $1600 to use a vehicle for one day!! I informed the manager at that point I was going to file a suit and she hung up on me. I didn't just threaten to *** them. I asked for them to make the situation right and they refused. This company is doing this to so many people and someone needs to do something about it. They are stealing from people and selling vehicles they know are no good. That is a fact. I am not the only person with the SAME COMPLAINT!

      Not once did we say we were not going to fix the issues on the vehicle we have been trying to make this right for the customer but she refuses to speak to our staff in a calm manner. I understand her frustrations but they way she has gone about everything has made it difficult for us to continue our business relationship.

      I am rejecting this response because: They have done nothing to rectify this situation. All they have done is ask for more money while I'm sitting here without a vehicle. How can I pay them when they took all my money and I can't get to work to MAKE MONEY. Which I informed them of that. I was never rude, firm yes. I am the one who was hung up on and they are the ones who refuse to right their wrong. I have already contacted the news station. This company is going to be getting exposed for their fraud and horrible "business" dealings. When you have HUNDREDS of people saying the exact same thing I am saying. I am obviously not the problem. This company and management is the problem.

      They are refusing to wait 6 days to make a payment. i told the Manager at the store here in ****** OH that i was taking over the payments i went in at the beginning of the month and made a payment for the month then i get a call from a guy at the store stating that we are behind i said no ******* League is behind im not but he demanded a payment of atleast ***** so i went and maxed out every Credit card i have to make that payment. they are refusing to work with me on making a payment on the 28th or 29th when i get my Social Security check from my Disability.

      I purchased a car from rent to own HQ end of January 2024. The moment I drove it off the lot I realized the horn did not work and the windshield washer fluid light was on, so I filled it up and it sprayed onto the windshield until empty immediately after. I had check engine lights come on when I parked the car for the first time after leaving the dealership and I found out the locks did not even work. I was unable to lock the driver door at all manually or automatically. I contacted the dealership and even the guy that sold me the car directly but did not get any response. 3 days later the car breaks down while I'm on the highway heading to work and I have to push it off the side of the road and have a mechanic come by and help me. This almost cost me my job, it cost me a full day's pay plus fees for the mechanic. ($250) He managed to get the car running barely and I contacted **** to own who told me that I could get the car looked at in the next week or so. I told them I needed the car for work and asked if they would have a temporary for me while mine was getting looked at. They would not help me with a temp. I had a 3-month warranty so I tow it where they recommended, ($179 they said they would pay but didn't) and when it was done I was told it was free and the car was ready to be picked up. I Uber to the shop ($47) & it's $667 to get my car back. They would not give me a receipt or paper of any kind describing work done, and when I persisted, threatened me over the phone from inside the shop/impound lot. They would not give me the car until I came up with the money which took me two days. 2 more ubers ($107) and cost me another 3 days of work to add to the week and a half. Over the next 8 weeks I try driving for work and break down every time. I lost my job and I was 3 days late on payment when I get pinned at a gas station aggressively. My phone, wallet, and possessions including ($800 cash) I had for my rent are being help ****** now for $500. Please help

      ************** was weeks late on his car payment and upon arrival to repossess his vehicle the tow agent found him passed out in the vehicle that was involved in a hit and run. After talking with the gas station attendant he was informed that ************** was intoxicated. Once we had possession of the vehicle the storage facility informed us there was copious amount of narcotics in the vehicle (heroin). This was property disposed of by SAPD. ************** did not inform us of the accident he was in and after review of what all was in the vehicle we have decided to not do business with him ever again.

      On 02/15/2024 I put a down payment for a car that I felt very uncomfortable buying after *********** ******** made a comment about how black people steal and ******** are dumb and only get cars to take to ****** I found this very offensive and I feel this should be investigated for hate speech.They donot care about nothing but money they sold me a 2012 Buick lacrosse the engine light turned on after I left and I noticed many other issues that caused me to not want the vehicle anymore *********** was ******** I put 1000 DOWN plus 200 for other fees and he told me I could RETURN the vehicle within 30 DAYS and get my refund I tried to return it THE VERY NEXT DAY after I bought it 02/16/2024 where I got attitude from the manager and she said "you can return the car but you aren't getting your down payment back and you can't switch out the vehicle" no where in my contract it said that I could not get my refund back when I drove up there to return the car I asked them to please show me where legally it states I can't have my refund and they threatened to call the POLICE on me. I am a young mother with a 2 year old child This is what they do to YOUNG mothers like myself they will take advantage of your situation now I lost **************************************************************************** the office were also there for problems they had with their vehicles and the managers and salesmen donot care once you buy a car. I retuned the car back 02/19/2024 so I would not be held financially liable for the car now Im short 1400$ and no car. Also the sales man has been harrassing me.

      ************************ had leased this vehicle knowing what the return and refund policy was. Never did any salesperson state that there was a 30 day return the car and get your money back. NEVER did any person say anything derogatory or disrespectful towards any race. She came back to the lot the day after leasing the vehicle with a man named '******' and he was demanding a refund, once he became combative with our office staff  we had asked him to leave since he was not on the contract or had anything to do with this lease. He told us he wasn't going anywhere until a refund was processed. We then were forced to call the police to get them to leave after causing a scene in our office.

      they are lying everyone who had gotten a car here has told me they said the same thing to them in reguards of a 30 day return policy,  when I came to the business a lady buying a car asked me what was going on I told her they said I had 30 days to return and get my down payment back she stated they told her the same thing and I believe she did not get a car there because she saw 1st hand they were lying.  I did not go to the business being combative or a disturbance u asked if they could show me on my contract where it says I cant get my refund cause I read all the documents and didnt state nowhere that I couldnt thats when they told me they were going to call the police. If you review the camera footage you can see I was not being a disturbance to anybody. Also I provided pictures of the salesman harrassing me after I left a review about the company on ****** and ********* He did say very offensive racist things and he knows he did. I am not the only person to complain about these people they took my money after saying I had 30 days to get a refund or trade out the vehicle which I tried to bring back not even 24 hours later which I also have proof of and can provide. The vehicle is a lemon the engine light turned on after I drove off the lot and many other issues that occurred before 24 hours I just want my down payment back I have a 2 year old daughter that need to go to doctors appointments and I am struggling to do so due to these people taking my money and leaving me with no car. I attempted to return the car before 24 hours, no where on my paper work does it say I cant return and receive my refund, these people told me before I bought the car I had 30 days to return the vehicle and get my down payment back how is this right ? Im not the only person they have done this too.

      Was this your signature where its says no refunds? Did you test drive the vehicle, sign and take delivery of the vehicle? Lemon law does not apply to a used vehicle that you are leasing. Its unfortunate we could not work towards a solution and we wish you the best in your vehicle search.

      My son went up there to this business to purchase a car and he was taken advantage of. They let my son leave the parking lot with a car that had on all the lights on the ignition. He wasnt that explained anything and showed up at our house with a Benz and he is only 20. His dad and I go to the car lot where they sold him the car to be told my someone named ****** that we should have raised our son better. I have all of it recorded. Please help us in the matter my son was taken advantage of by them. He has been saving for awhile to have a legit business take advantage of him.

      this customer came in and was shown other options than the ******** he had leased.  After all paperwork was done he left happy. We then got a phone call from the customers parents demanding a refund and threatening the staff with violence stating they would "air out the place" customer returned vehicle next day stating he could not afford the payments, signed a voluntary vehicle return form and went on his way.

      I had spent all my hard earned money on that **** car just to only have it the first 2 weeks. The head gauge in the car BUSTED! The hood of my car and the inside of my car was smoking like something was on fire and it had a horrible smell. I had my 2 year old son with me. I had just made my first payment. Ive been contacting the car lot for a week since it happened and no one is showing any compassion, not trying to find any solution, nor do they care. They want me to think this car is a total loss and thats not fair cause it hasnt even exceeded the 30 day warranty. Theyre telling me I have full coverage but wont pay for the damage. they sold me a LEMON! they will laugh in your face and keep constantly transferring your calls to end up with nothing. Ive even turned the car in to get the HEAT fixed 2 days prior to it breaking down They didnt even give me proper air conditioning. This car lot is rigged and is running a scandal on customers. They dont care and will sell you anything.

      ************** had the vehicle for less than a month and drove the vehicle hot and did not let us know until the vehicle had broken down. We offered her a free tow and repairs but once at the shop they let us know this vehicle was driven excessively while hot causing more damage. After letting the customer know what had happened she became irate cussing and threatening the office staff over the phone. We still tried to work with her but any communication with her became very hostile. We were unable to come to a solution with her as we tired to work with her.

      On Dec 20th. I made my payment of 457 on Dec 21 the p**** a** repo team got me at *********** pumps saying I didn't make a payment so I discussed to them I payed it the day before so he call them and they tell him I payed ..then he says it's for no insurance which that same morning I notified that they cancel my full coverage insurance..so y did I pay them 140 for insurance when they let me take the vehicle ..then she says I gotta pay them ...well I payed them the first time so I figured I have insurance with hq...I tried to move the car out of the gas pump area to the parking lot and the p**** boi backs up and pins me in I had also gave him the key to the vehicle already ..I just wanted. To move car out the way which I told him ..then. They trying to accuse me of hit and run ...all this because of insurance..this s*** is ridiculous they are running a good scam with tgst dealership they need to be investigated iv spent over **** in two months. This can't be legal ...sorry. A** b****** and some p**** a** dudes f*** yall

      ******************** was behind on his payments, had cancelled insurance, and past due tolls owed on his account. upon arrival to recover this vehicle ******************** became very aggressive and after explaining to him that his payment was past due and his insurance was not paid for he hit the vehicle that was taken to recover the vehicle he was leasing. Then ran off before the police could get there to take responsibility for hitting the vehicle. Officer ****** #*** would love to speak to him about this incident the case # is ********** and they can be reached at the city of ****** police department ************

      Nov. 30, 2023 I went to obtain my personal belonging and medication from *************************** held on to my personal belongings until I paid them $50 that their receptionist ****** stated was for a property fee, which is not listed on anywhere on their contract.

      ******************************* drove our vehicle without insurance. Not only is this illegal, but also a breach of contract. After informing the customer of her breach of contract and driving the vehicle illegally, she did not cooperate or address the issue. Once recovered, the customer harassed our call center over and over again, providing fake names to expedite the process of picking up the property. We gave *************************** the opportunity to handle the insurance or bring the vehicle in to hold until she was able to handle the insurance. Our multiple request were ignored. Our business provides any customer with medication or government documents immediately after being recovered. The other property is stored for $50 at the former client's expense. *************************** owes our company an additional $250 for a recovery fee and $194.85 for the excess mileage driven on our vehicle totaling $444.85. To avoid legal action via small claims court and collections, ******************************* can arrange to pay the balance owed to the company. Attached is page 7 of 10 of our legal binding contract with *************************** in which she agreed to pay the $50 storage fee if our vehicle had to be recovered.

      I noticed my car was leaking oil so I went to go check it out, I was told that the reason for the oil leak is due to a hole being in the oil pan gasket, I was also told due the the size of the hole that this was done overtime but Ive only had it a month. I contacted the car company I received my car from and told them that I havent even had the car for more than 2 months for a hole to be in the gasket pan, they told me they would come pick it up Monday but we are now on Tuesday and I havent been able to drive it since and they still havent came and picked my car up so I called to complain only to be told that maintenance is my job and they dont know when they will pick the car up for it to be fixed they also told me that I will be 50% responsible for the car having to be fixed when this has been a issue before I purchased this car.

      ******************************* leased a vehicle on 09/30/2023. She complained that the vehicle was having issues on 11/11/2023. A third party mechanic shop examined the vehicle and informed us that there was a hole in the oil pan gasket. This was most likely caused by "bottoming the car out" or driving over a speed bump rapidly. Though, this is not a part of the engine, transmission, or differential and was caused by the customer, we still honored the warranty that covers the vehicle 50/50. We have gone above and beyond to help this customer to Attached is the warranty for the contract.

      I am rejecting this response because: when I went to go get an oil change I asked the man if he could check to see if there was a hole in oil pan gasket, he checked and said that the oil that was that was leaking out was all old oil, that this has been done overtime, I was told that overtime when you do not keep up with oil pan gasket which means replacing it that overtime the oil will begin to seep through and create a hole. I understand they tried to go 50/50 with me but as being told that the reason there is a hole was because the oil pan gasket wasnt kept up with and maintained I shouldnt have to pay anything. Going over speed bumps rapidly would not have caused this also seeing as Ive never went over any speed bumps I couldnt have done this what Im saying is they knew that the oil pan gasket was old but still sold it to me. If you request a picture of the oil pan gasket you could see how old is it including how old the oil was that was leaking out. Within 2 months theres no possible way that I could have caused a hole in the oil pan gasket. They attached the warranty but cant attach a picture of what the oil pan gasket looks like this business has many complaints surrounding my same issue about how they sell damaged cars to others knowing there are problems with these cars and when its time to fix they want people to come out of pocket for things they know they didnt keep up with, also request when the last time they did an oil change on this vehicle as well since they can attach everything else but the actual evidence.

      Sept 1 2023 I wa gave $1700 for a 2012 acadia Gmc, took it for a test drive with the sales rep ***** Took it to a reliable mechanic who stated it was going to need the Motor Mount and the acxel, also front windshield was broken, sales rep proceeded to say that the issues with the car will be covered by warranty. **** the money signed the documents on payments and so forth I was told to inital on the picture of the car and put that issues with the car. So that would let them know thats what needed to get serviced. So they set me up with a appointment for The servicing of the car today sept 7th. At 10 am when they inform that I am responsible for the ****** to replace the motor mounts because the lot manager said so. The sales rep said he spoke to the manager the day of on the phone and specifically said it would be covered by warranty and the manager now states that ******* didnt submit the documents on the correct form which i dont understand how i am responsible for the paper work.

      Ms. *********************** leased a GMC Acadia on 09/02/2023. This week, she contacted our staff in regards to issues that she is having with the vehicle. *********************** complained about engine mounts, air conditioner, and the vehicle was jerking. Though our warranty covers engine, transmission, and differential, we still sent the vehicle to our vendor to have it looked at. She was not charged for the mechanics time to look at the vehicle, she was not charged a diagnostic fee, and the mechanics squeezed her in before other customers. The vehicle is in great mechanical condition and the issues were not confirmed with the mechanic shop. She was screaming at our vendors at the mechanic shop, then came to our store and began to scream at our staff. We have done everything we can to appease **************** even after being threatened with lawyers, and lemon laws that do not pertain to our business.

      I am rejecting this response because: i was not yelling and im trying to be patient with you all. You have cameras pull the records and show where i was yelling at your unprofessional staff. Car was sent sept 13 for the mount to be replaces picked it up at 3 pm and by 7 pm the car left me stranded and i had to pay a tow truck to bring it home, then today i called and the person royal said if i continued to blow up his phone he was not going to help me because he has the say so, and to atop making compliants on them I would not get the reponse i want, I asked if that was a threat and he continued to yell on the phone and stated he would send a tow truck when now im responsable for paying $200. They sent a person to look at the car at my home and he stated the mount was not changed and they do crappy and mess with different things to cause the car to mess up at the location where the car was supposed to be repaired, and keep having to take it back for repairs, i feel that i was threatened by that supervisor and will continue to give me the run around, he stated that he would do the motor mount but for me not to call again if something messed up with the car, I told him i dont want to be back and forth i just want a reliable car. My son has a disability and was stranded in the heat because this car is so unreliable. We have no transportation for his appointments now which he has weekly appointments. I dont see why you all cant just get me into another car.  Send this one to get fixed and resale help a customer instead of lying. All the other compliants are all the same. I dont think that many people can all lie the same about the way this lot conducts busniess. You all need to have some accountability for whats the bigger picture selling all these lemons. I didnt threatend about a lawyer i stated what in place to help a consumer in these types of situations.
