    On 11/14/2022 the sales person Esteban and his manager Danny offered me a deal of purchasing a 2023 ***** at 54,999 plus tax title and license fees only. I made them aware I was selling my current vehicle in order to purchase the *****. Still on Tuesday 11/15/2022 they tell me the vehicle is available and when I was stopping by and I tell them around 4:25pm I am on my way and they tell me it’s still available. I get there and they try to upswell their protection plan on the deal. I refuse it and they come back with $500 off and I refuse it and they have me wait for like 25 minutes then I ask for the manager and he takes more time and then he comes and says they sold it minutes before we got there and there was nothing they could do. I explained we sold our current vehicle and they were made aware before which he responded that there was nothing they could but offer to sell us another vehicle which was nothing that we needed. We had to leave since they had no resolution and then try to blame it on us for not signing before.

    Was charged $737.66 plus tax ($817.40) for a service that was not given on my truck.

    The customer brought his vehicle to our service department for a loss of electrical power to the vehicle. We contacted GMC technical support and they advised Gillman to test the cables and if they did not meet factory specification they should be replaced. The battery wiring was tested and ohm'd for resistance. The wires did not meet GM specifications/ standards, and the battery cables were replaced with customer approval. This required additional components to be removed under the car to access the cables. The battery cables were replaced, unfortunately due to additional damage caused by the failed cables other issues were not evident when the car was returned as the car was in working condition when it was picked up by the customer. The original failed electrical issues created other issues which were not originally detected. At a later date, the customer found the issue had reoccurred. This was due to the original concern which caused by the original failing part. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We offered to refund the customer 50% of the cost of the labor and parts from the original repair and he refused. Salome ******* General Manager Gillman Buick GMC
