If I could give zero stars I would. This company is unethical and extremely terrible. They delivered a 185 pound box TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! My husband answered their phone call about them not being able to deliver the item on the original delivery date and they wanted to reschedule. He worked with them to pick a date (they would not it for longer than 48-hours even though it was them rescheduling). We had to change the address from the original delivery because nobody was going to be home to sign for the item that could lift it or move it. Today when the item was to be delivered. They dropped it on the driveway of our home which was NOT where it was supposed to be delivered. When my husband inquired about why it was not delivered, after learning from the person that was to sign for it that it was not delivered, they basically told us too bad. They LIED and said that it was signed for by a woman. When asked for what the signature was, they said it was "illegible." When my husband asked for a description of the person that signed for it, it was COMPLETELY wrong. What they didn't realize was that I was actually home and had they just knocked on the door, ALL of this could have been avoided when I told them to go to the correct location where it would have been put inside with a forklift. Now, there is an almost 200 pound delivery (when I said it weights a couple hundred pounds how am I supposed to lift it, **************************** replied "it's 185 pounds" as if I were an idiot and that made all the difference) that there is no way for us to lift or move. Their response to all of this was essentially, "it is delivered to you and it was signed for so there is nothing we are going to do." No actual signature from me, the proof of signature is nothing even resembling my name, inaccurate description of the alleged signee, delivery to the wrong address, their response, and their refusal to do ANYTHING to rectify the situation makes this a truly abhorrent company.
