We purchased this house about 4 years ago and then last years we begin to have problem's with the structural and foundation. WE had the house inspected by a structural engineer. He informed us that the problem was with the builder or the one that did the foundation work. I am asking you to do a investigation of this company. we just want them to make the need repairs to our home.

This is the first time hearing about this matter and I do apologize for the inconvenience. This project was built and completed on 2019 with compliance of all ************************ Code and regulations. We do have records of all passed inspections and documentation that supports this statement. This property was sold about 4 years ago on March 31st 2020, with a fully approved inspection done by the buyers inspector. Normally any builder defects show within the first year of completion. In this case the property has been completed for almost five years and the property owners have been living here for 4 years. That's a very long time, a lot of things could have happen in that period of time depending on the maintenance or the things you do to keep up with the maintenance that a house requires.

    Thank You!

I am rejecting this response because: I understand that you said that I had the property inspected before we move in the house. But the problem that I have is that we did not get the copy of the inspection before we close on the home. If we did get a copy of the inspectors report and found out that there were problems. We would have given you a chance to make right on your part. I do believe that you are a good and reliable contractor and I do believe that you are willing to help me make this right. I do have the final inspection report from the city and it is showing me where there were red flags that were given to the contractors that did the work on the house. But it did not show me where the work was past. I am asking you to show me any paper work that you have to support your claim that the work was done right and it was not contractors neglect,

I will gather all the papers that i have and let you see them real soon.

    THANK YOU

    To whom it may concern

The Inspection I mentioned in the prior response is the one you had with your lender. A lender normally requires a detail inspection on a home prior to closing on a loan you can always ask them for a copy, but that inspection is between buyer and lender.

There where red tags in the process of construction and that is  very common on a construction process, once the issue gets fix it requires a reinspection. You can not advance to the next stage without passing inspection. I do have documents that back up my statement but the same documents you can also request them in person or email at the **********************. They will give you a full report with pictures that they have on file. I do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your time.

I am rejecting this response because: did everything that a home owner was suppose to do. The upkeep of this home was done all of the time..

You cannot tell me that you know without a shadow of doubt that this home was constructed correctly.

If you still believe that the problem that I am having with this home is my fault and you refuse to even accepts some of the responsivity, then I will have to take this a step further The ************** tells me that I have ten years on foundation and ****************** that last for ten years . I know that I am right about this.

If you are not willing to get this settle very  soon without me having to get further legal services. I do not want to take things that far, but I still believe that some of the problem's that we are having with this house is contractors mistakes.

    Thank you
