            i purchased a used 2016 vehicle from Nissan of Silsbee and the paint had some chips in it. The first time that I took it to the car wash the water knocked of a 6 inch by 6 inch chunck of paint. I called the dealership and ***** and the manager said that they would take care of it. I said ok i didnt get to take the truck to them quick because I work 7 days a week and when i did have time to take the vehicle to them it was like 3 weeks. now they are telling me that I have to pay to get the truck painted. I a paying 20000 dollars for this truck and I cant afford to fix paint that failed the first day I had the truck.

            my girlfriend has a 2017 nissan sentra and the hvac only blows out the dash vents. i changed out the mode door motor (bought the new motor from nissan of silsbee). the mode door motor didnt fix the problem so took it in to be fixed. they quoted me $186 to diagnose problem. they saw the box the part came in they called me. they said that because it had been worked on it would cost $300 and something to diagnose. if this is normal i would really like to know why.
