    On April 22, 2024 I ordered:Classico Series 36" Dual Fuel Freestanding Range in Stainless Steel with Brass Trim from Hallman Industries, LLC.This stove was for a new home build and they were holding it until the build was finished. They did contact us on October 9, 2024 via email to let us know that they were holding it until the build was complete.When I tried to contact them on 4-14-25 to set up delivery I realized the business has shut down. I have no way to reach them.Please help in anyway so we can either get the product or get a refund. Thank you ***** *****

    Date ordered: October 14, 2024 Order number: ********* Delivery date: March 4, 2025 Tracking: YEDBP86AD8DDNT9 Purchase price: $3,877.30 Purchased: 48" gas freestanding range in blue grey with brass trim: SKU: HCLRG48SGR AND extended 5 year warranty SKU: LAGP55000 AND 10 YEAR major appliance component coverage SKU MAC10 We accepted Delivery on March 4th, but they required a licensed install to honor the warranty. Today, April 14, 2025 installed the oven but the oven will not light, so is not operational. The company is not picking up their phone, deleted their social media, and has posted the following on their website. We are left with no way to contact the company or get them to honor the warranty. ***************************************************** Voluntary Liquidation Notice to Our Valued Customers and Creditors ********************** Closing After 20 Years After two decades of dedicated service and innovation, Hallman Industries LLC will be winding down operations and ceasing all business under the Hallman brand.     BBB,I purchased a 36" classic range from Hallman Industries on 12/3/24. The company provided me with a delivery range of Mon, Feb 10 - Fri, Apr 11. During these dates I decided to contact them in order to obtain a tracking number, since their costumer services failed to send me a tracking number or any updates on the order. Upon logging into their website, I noticed that their website was out of service, phone calls do not get answered and emails are not answered. At this point I still have not received any updates from the company nor my money or order. Many Hallman industries consumers who decided to purchase products from this unreliable company have been scammed out of thousands of dollars. Their web page states that they will try to full fill order or refund money within 6 months. No Thank you! At this point I want my money refunded and dont want or desired their services and products. BBB could you please investigate or direct where we can talk to and get our money back?! These items are not cheap many of us are minus several thousands of dollars with no clear answer on whats going to happen. Thank you.

    I bought a stove from Hallman May 4, 2024. The stove was supposed to be delivered November, 2024. Since then, they have lied several times about delivery dates. They now have a notice on their website siting they are going through liquidation. They never intended on delivering this item.

    I purchased an induction oven from Hallmans industries almost a year ago I was told at time of purchase delivery was within 3 months. 3 months came and went they promised it will get to me in March. They stoped communication with me completely. I need help! They took my money disappeared on me. I will attach the paid in full invoice. is not responding to calls or emails.

    I ordered a dual fuel range from Hallman in June of 2024,and it was delivered in Sept of 2024, but was missing a part.Along with the range, it includes a one-year warranty, and I also purchased an additional 5-year warranty and a 10-year parts warranty. After contacting the company for a remedy for the part it was delivered without, I never received a response. Since then, the oven has stopped working. I have attempted to contact the company by phone,email, and through their website, with no response. They have now posted a notice on their website that they are closing their business. I have a brand new range that I purchased, that does not work, and there is no way to reach them to receive the warranty service I paid for, or get any parts to repair it. They are not providing the goods or service that I paid for. It appears that this company is attempting to scam consumers.

    Please see the attached email for the explanation of the complaint. We ordered a matching refrigerator and range. Upon receiving them they were different colors. After contacting the company they agreed they would send a new range that was the correct color, and pickup the mismatched one at the same time. After waiting the 4 month period and hearing nothing from the company you closed their doors.

    We ordered and paid for 3 appliances from Hallman Industries. A 36" range, 30" Classico Black Refrigerator, and Dishwasher. We paid close to ****** dollars for them. We order them almost one year ago. We have been patiently waiting for delivery. The refrigerator arrived a few months ago without the panels. We designed our kitchen cabinets around this refrigerator's dimensions. So... we need this particular refrigerator. We have yet to receive our paid for panels. This transaction has truly been so dishonest and such a runaround. ***** would return phone calls or respond to emails over the last year. When someone did contact us, they would say that they were being shipped ****. We just want our panels delivered, and to be done with it. I feel this company knew all along they were going out of business, but still excepted customer orders.

    Placed an order for a stove *************** date was set for 11.30.24-1.19.25 the stove was not delivered. no attempt to ship any stove at ********* call was finally answered after multiple attempts, they said a shipment was to arrive in March, and we would have our stove by end of March early April. the company is now no longer in business. the website is closed and will not respond to calls or emails. I was told false and fraudulent information.

    Purchased a stove from Hallman Industries July 2024 with estimated delivery October 2024. In January ****************************************** their warehouse April 2025. Company website states they are voluntarily liquidating. No correspondence from company related to delivery or potential refund. Phone number has no answer and all emails are returned undeliverable. Filed a dispute with the finance company, *****.
