I bought a car off of Camilas Auto Sales march 2021. The owner said to me, she will provide license plates within 3 months of paying the car, which never happened, I stopped paying the car due to them not providing me with a license plate, when the lady from the car lot calls me to ask for the payment , I said to her I will provide her with the payment when she has my plates, as to what she answered she could provide me with paper plates, so I could send her the monthly payment. After that happen, I want to note I was pregnant high risk, in December 2021, the car brakes down. I take it to my Mechanic and he informs me that the motor is not good and it would be expensive for me to fix it, I get no calls from the car lot, the car is the least important to me due to my pregnancy. In February, my son is born and passed away, the car lot owner calls me to see why I have not payed the car. I tell him that the car had broken down since past December and that he is more than welcome to pick up the vehicle from my home and take it with him. He then calls me and tells me he can fix the car for me with an initial payment of $350 to start the job and $350 once the car is ready for pick up, and he also said we would go along with the payments after that. When he picks the car up the next day, I message him 2 days later and ask him for updates On the car , he tells me we need the initial payment so I can start fixing the car. The next day , I come by to his car lot to pay him $350 to start fixing up the car. He said to me the car will be ready no more then 2 weeks. A month later I called him, he said to me that he was in vacations and would be back Tuesday, May 17th, and that he will then call me with updates. I waited for his call and nothing . Days passed and still no answer, when I got in contact with him, there was back and forth messages . Which ended up with them posting all my information on social media, such as address, phone, full name, and our Transaction payments.
