    I bought a 2013 Mercedes, and as soon as I made it home the check engine light came on,and I had numerous more problems. I paid cash for the car,yet and still it shouldn't have no problems.I really don't think you should pay cash for a car,make it home and they send you to a mechanic to pay more money for a car that's not working properly. That was a waste of my money .

    Because i paid 2000 down on my 2018 ***** ***** which i havent had for a week yet and the check engine came on thursday and i only had the car for five days and i purchased the vehicle on may31 and i returned it in on june 6th because of them i missed work and pay because of no vehicle and i been calling since thursday trying to find out when i can pick up my vehicle each time i called they tell me that i need to speak with the owner about my situation and i just feel like im gonna be without a car and my 2000 im have a 79 year old grandmother at home that i need to take car and i need my money back to putchase a better vehicle

    I Love The Company They Are Very Lenient As Far As Car Payment & Pretty Professional For The Most Part! Also I Love The Service Team Dennis & Dana (I think I spelled it right) They Too Are Both Very Professional & Helpful. Reason I’m Rating it 3 Stars Is Because The Two Times I’ve Had To Bring My Car In For Mechanical Issues It Takes Several Days To Hear Anything Or Even Get Your Car Back. But I Would Definitely Continue To Do Business Here As Long As They Keep It Up ??

Although 5 stars is the goal, we will take the 3 and listen to what you have to say and better our service. Denis and Dania do very well with what we got now in days. Service centers across America are running into the same issues we are. Timing and parts availability. Even though this is our current situation we will continue to do our best and keep you and others satisfied. Again, thank you Marcus.

    They will make you pay the cpi fees before your car note payment. I fell behind 1 payment due to personal reasons and I called to make my payment and pay 1 cpi fee and they told me no I had to pay the cpi in full so I was short on my regular payment. I also work for a car dealership and I explained to the lady on the phone that it was illegal for her to do that. When my company was audit they told us apply to payments first then cover the cpi.

    Stephanie, it seems like your CPI was forced because of non-coverage back in 11/2021. The contract date shows 3/2021 so we understand hard times may have backed you up on the insurance coverage. Your account is in great standing even though you do have that one payment to catch up. We don't charge late fees so all you have to work on is getting that one payment back on track. We cover the CPI first to insure you have coverage in case you may need it since there is no other coverage coming from another insurance. We have to have some type of coverage and it must be up to date. This really is to your benefit to have coverage at all times. As to your payment that is delinquent it's just a matter of communicating with collections on how, and when you are able to cover that payment. Please feel free to contact the office and ask for Eddie or Mica and we both can make notations to your account. We are proud of your account and understand hard times. Hope to hear from you.
