I put a deposit of $300 via venmo on Nov 1, 2021 to reserve a female yorkie puppy- she sent me a receipt stating 100% refund of deposit if no female is delivered. I waited 4 months through 2 different litters of hers and no females were born - which I get- cant predict mother natures ways. I requested my refund Wednesday March 9. After waiting 4 months, I found a female from a different breeder and Brenda is refusing to refund now. I have requested my refund several times- she said she had to wait until the next litter was born. I have not been refunded yet my deposit. * I have attached the fraud complaint I filed w/ county sheriff as well.
