When they tell you the class NEVER expires and you can take it whenever you would like... WRONG, The $900 I spent is gone, the class is gone, unless I want to urchase it again for an additional $218. Definitely not a class for neurodivergents. Move on and find a legitimate school with truth telling representatives on the other side of the line. I have never erased a Champion email, in fact, I was cleaning out my inbox and communicated with them due to the fact I had not received any communication from them. I was worried about the status of my class. The only emails received were advertisements never updates on my status as a student. Money is never refunded. Lots of doubletalk when you call in to ask about the school, classes and time frame. BEWARE!

Our company representative reached out on July 22, 2024, to discuss your account and sent the following message: The money that you paid will never expire. However, the courses can and will expire depending on TREC rules and any curriculum changes. We sent an email to you on 4/5/23 and added a notification to the classes in your account on 3/30/23, stating that the courses were being updated due to TREC contract updates. We gave the option to move to the new version at any time or you could stay in the course and complete it prior to the deadline. If the course was not completed before 7/1, it would be dropped from the account. Unfortunately, since your courses were not completed, they were dropped. I can re-enroll you. However, the package that you purchased in 2019 is no longer usable. If you would like to move to the equivalent program now, there would be a price difference of $218.00 that would need to be paid. You would be moved to the new version of the courses and your program will reset. The books that were shipped to you have also been updated. The updated PDF version will be attached to your online account when the courses are updated. However, if you prefer new hard copies of the textbook, you can purchase them for $39.00 each, plus shipping (if needed). Please let me know if you have any questions. Our company representative followed up with you again on July 24, 2024 to discuss the option of enrolling you back in the pre-licensing courses and ability to download the updated PDF versions of the books without purchasing new ones. The representative explained that your exam prep course had expired (valid for 12 months from purchase). If you did not want to purchase a new exam prep course or books, there would be no out of pocket cost. You may find the student refund and course policies listed in the student enrollment agreement that you signed on 12/2/19.
