    This Wed site say glasses made and ship with in 16 working days it's been almost 5 weeks still no response. Finally today got ahold of customer service and still know real answer on when I'll receive my glasses. Now I want my glasses and my money back because I consider this deceptive practices sincerely one pist off customer not to mention ****** dollars for these glasses and still haven't received them ????????????????sincerely one pist off customer

    I ordered a pair of safety Rx glasses for $251.80 and received them with mirror coating on the inside of the lenses. This totally negates the $50.00 extra I paid for Premium Anti Reflective! They processed a remake and I asked them to remove the mirror from the inside of the lenses. They sent back the same mirror on the inside of the lenses. They have been giving me the run around since November 29th 2023. Today's date is May 6th 2024. It's been nearly six months without the Rx safety glasses and I am starting to get upset.

    On 1/25/24, I submitted an online order to Safety Gear Pro for prescription safety glasses. On 1/25/24, Safety Gear Pro withdrew $505.75 from my checking account. On 1/29/24, I received an email from Safety Gear Pro that my prescription glasses were discontinued, not available. On 1/29/24, I called **************** and spoke to a lady who identified herself only as "****." I told her I wanted a refund to which she sent me an email stating the refund had been requested. She advised the refund would be returned to my checking account within a few business days. On 2/2/24, I called to inquire about the refund because it had not been returned to my account. I was told that they would look into a refund for me. On 2/5/24, I called back and received no answer. I contacted my bank on 2/5/24 (Navy ********************), the bank shows no evidence of a return of funds. When I call the **************** department at ********************** to inquire about my refund, they either don't answer my call or act as if they don't know about the cancellation.

    I ordered masks from them. They never sent me anything. After month of waiting I asked for a refund, which never came.Complete scam.

    Order placed on 10/14/2023 for prescription safety glasses. Order was received on 10/30/2023. Tried glasses at work. Could not read using glasses and depth perception error was great enough to create safety hazard walking through power plant. Requested remake on 11/17/2023. Received ship back order after many attempts. Merchant claimed they had to examine glasses before remake decision. Outcome of examination was that they were made to order. It was explained that two other pairs of glasses used daily that use the same prescription are satisfactory. Bottom line is that glasses were not made to my prescription.

    On 6/13 I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses, after nearly 6 weeks I received a pair of glasses and opened them up to find that the lenses were not tinted even though the packing slip in the package clearly stated it to get gray tint. I contacted the company to return the glasses for a refund due to their mistake and their response was that the return need to "be approved". I did not trust that the company would remedy the situation so I filed a dispute with my bank to try and get a refund for the money I had spent on these incorrect glasses. My return was approved approved so I proceeded with the return, which they received on 7/25. When logging into my account the order showed the status of chargeback which should have meant that the order had been refunded. I waited until 8/8 and emailed them since I had not received my refund. The response I received was that I had filed a dispute with my back and that they could not make any changes to my order until they received word from the bank. I received an email from my bank yesterday that the dispute had been closed, they apparently did not take proper notes because after all this time the response stated it showed as a legitimate charge even after me telling them everything I stated above and told them I had a concern that I would not be receiving a refund from the company. I attempted to contact s**************** again yesterday letting them know that the bank had closed the case and requested that they expedite my refund since they have now had my money for almost 3 months, and have yet to get a response. So I am reaching out to you to see if you can offer help in obtaining a full refund for this order? ** ****** *** ****** and the total I paid for this order was $249.32. I will be uploading a picture of the glasses received which shows clear lenses instead of the gray tint which was ordered, and I will attempt to also submit the emails from them stating they could not issue my refund.

    The customer service representative is rude. I purchased some safety glasses from them. When they arrived, they seemed okay. The quality of the product was something to be desired. I needed them for work so I decided to overlook the cheap look. These glasses are claimed to be rated to **** ***** standards. However, this is not the case. After about 3 weeks I started my job, I go to put them on first the second time and the frames cracked right under the left lens. I immediately reached out to the customer service department to request a warranty repair. They were extremely rude blaming me and saying I am just trying to get the glass for free etc. I'm appalled. I tried multiple times to tell them it wasn’t my fault. I am a mechanical engineer; I am very familiar with **** ***** standards. It would take a lot of force to break frames if they were actually rated **** ****** Long story short this company needs to take a long hard look at their business practices. If they can’t guarantee product will be what it was advertised to be then they should not sell said product. I filed a charge back with my credit card company. I will be taking my bussiness elsewhere.

    Dear BBB, I placed an order for safety glasses on 10/26/2022 for the amount of $69.36. I have contacted them several times and it's always a lie or an excuse. Would not refund my money and still claim it has been sent to the Safety Brands. It first said it was sent because it was prescription and it is not.

    • Placed order online Sept 13, 2002. Order #******. • Received no further notification. • Contacted Company on Sept 23 to inquire about status of my order. • Was told policy is 10 - 14 days for shipping and when complete an email would be sent. • On Oct 1 contacted Company again with regard to order status. • Received email from Company on Oct 5, telling me the item I purchased was on back-order. • Responded to the email requesting a refund. • Was told that the request for refund was sent to appropriate department and to please allow 5 - 7 days. • Contacted Company on Oct 13 asking when I might receive refund. • Was told that it is being processes and that customer service rep will follow thru to help its processing. • Oct 21 contacted Company again requesting status on refund. • Still no refund. Company has had control of my money since Sept 13 and it is now over 16 days since order was canceled. • Please process and complete the refund.
