      I work out of town so I send money to my daughter so she can pay rent and also have little money for week. I tried adding money to green dot card due to being over sending limit in main bank account. I was trying to send 500. I swipped debit card to add the money and it declined it. I immediately went to in store ATM to withdraw and just use cash. I noticed that my bank account was way lower than it should be. I checked my bank online app and seen that the 500 came out of bank account. I immediately brought it to cashier and store manager attention along with showing them my bank statement page and calling the greendot card to prove that no money had been added to it. They said give it few days to get refund. I waited until Tuesday and called main office. I was running low on funds due to having to use my other 500 that I use to live on during week to my daughter. I called and called. Left message after message and Thursday I finally got to talk to someone that was kinda rude and didn't try to help me at all. Sorry can't help you us all I got. I'm not rich I live paycheck to paycheck. That 500 is alot to me

      Charging people ****** for ***** worth of gas is ridiculous and not only that gas pumps dont show you do this so I would say deceptive trade practices. Just remember you deal with SS people and this ******** my account and bank will not give overdraft back!

      I have contacted the corporate office multiple times about the way one of the store managers is behaving and treating the employee but I have yet to get any call backs or response in any way I have also contacted the person over the store manager and I have not received any answers from that person as well this is very unprofessional
